Established in 1980.
Ray Kozak has been in real estate, corporate relocation and asset management positions over the last 30+ years. This experience includes a strong background assisting relocating families through the home buying and selling process to get them settled into a new home as quickly as possible with the least amount of stress. While each home is different and each buyer or seller’s needs are different, Ray’s goals are to have the buyer or seller feel they are getting top level service that is specifically customized to their needs.
Ray’s clients have been buyers, sellers, renters, corporations or people just looking for an area overview to decide if they even want to make a move to the area.

Business Owner
Ray has an MBA in Marketing from The University of Connecticut. He has also worked in the employee relocation field for 15 years. He has extensive experience working with banks and lenders to address asset management needs.
Ray has also worked for a national real estate franchise as a business consultant to owners of real estate companies on how to build their business.
Most importantly Ray has worked with buyers and sellers of residential real estate in Contra Costa and Alameda counties for many years helping them either sell their home or find a new home that meets their needs.
