Meet the Business Owner
Laura F.
Business Owner
Laura is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, with an additional qualification in TRX Suspension Trainer. She is also a certified Fitness Nutritionist. Laura’s training is tailored to each of her clients’ body type, goals and fitness level, focusing on maintaining good form to avoid injury and build a solid foundation for optimum results. Laura also has experience of working in a physical therapy clinic, helping to train clients recovering from various injuries. Laura’s current clients range from those looking to lose weight to those training for athletic competitions. Her training is based on the notion «If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you», so her programs are designed to help her clients push their limits and realize their full potential.
When not working, you can find Laura taking part in indoor cycling classes, cycling up Mt Diablo or on a road trip. She also likes cooking and spending time with her family.
