Jason Moon is as good as it could get when it comes to hiring a realtor! He made not only selling our house, but purchasing another at the same time seamless. He was so reassuring, confident, and educated about the market. He has made such great contacts in his industry and I can see him continuing to soar. Other then Jason being an amazing realtor, he’s also an amazing guy and truly has each clients best interest at heart, and that’s something that I think everyone sees in him.

Jason was a fantastic choice to sell our current home and help us buy a new home all at the same time while my wife was 7 months pregnant. This was our first time selling a home and all I have heard from friends and family members is how stressful it can be to sell a home and get the timing right so we are not homeless while your purchase closes. Jason helped guide us through the process seamlessly and everything worked out perfect. He helped us manage multiple offers on our current home and guide us through making the best choice on accepting an offer that was qualitatively and quantitatively the best decision for us.
Jason was amazing to work with and was always prompt and on time for every meeting we had with him. His knowledge of the area and housing market was also top notch and his advice was very spot on with all the homes we looked at. Jason has made many connections in his real estate career thus far and this helped us out when we had to suddenly get bids for work to help us write a competitive offer on our new home.
All in all Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with and has become a good friend throughout the process.

As we have mentioned in other reviews, we do not often write reviews for realtors because we have relationships with so many (as the owners of a large mortgage company). But also as mentioned, we do make exceptions occasionally for Realtors like Jason.
We all love working with Jason because he is energetic, responsive, congenial and easy-​going. He is also obviously very bright and diligent, always promptly getting us everything we need to close a transaction smoothly and efficiently.
Most importantly, Jason truly cares about his clients, going the extra mile whenever he can on their behalf. We hear nothing but rave reviews about Jason when we are interacting with his clients.

After interviewing several agents to sell out home we were still not sure how to go about deciding on one. Then Jason came to our door one day and after speaking with him we felt immediately that he was the one we wanted. His easy style and professional manner is a great combination and whenever a question came up he was right there to give us an answer. We had a huge job to get our home ready for market and without Jason’s help and encouragement, it would have taken us much longer. As it turned out, our home was on the market for only 7 days and sold for over asking price so, needless to say, we were very pleased and we were able to travel to our new place on schedule.
