Cait is a long time resident of the East Bay giving her the local knowledge necessary for her real estate practice. She lived in Santa Cruz while she attended UC Santa Cruz where she earned her degree in Psychology.

The Contra Costa Crisis Center, where Cait volunteered, gave her the necessary tools and skills to work under pressure while evaluating and helping people in stressful situations. I can only give a glowing recommendation for Cait… she made a year-​long house hunting journey quickly come to an end once I joined forces with her! It took only two months and two offers to find my PERFECT starter home. Once I found the house I wanted (even better than the one I put the first offer on), I was outbid by another couple and my hopes were crushed. She had candid conversations with the listing agent, suggested other terms within the contract, and personal touches, to make my offer more competitive. The seller ended up picking my offer (even though it was lower!) all because of Cait: her reputation, her candor, her work ethic, and of course, her ability to negotiate an effective contract. She will get you what you want, she will take calculated risks, but she will NEVER let you settle for less! Did I also mention the team she partners with are the best in the Bay (lending, inspections, title company, etc.)!? She went above and beyond to represent me and I had the smoothest transaction I could have ever asked for… I owe it all to Cait Hudson!

I finally was able to work with Cait! And, I have to say, it was definitely well worth the wait. Not only does she genuinely care about her clients and their interests, she actually takes time and listens to everyone involved in the transaction as well. Cait helped my parents sell my childhood home in Walnut Creek that they purchased in the early 90’s. It was a really difficult thing for my family to do since we were so connected, and in love with our home.
