I see the San Ramon Valley through two sets of eyes.

There’s the native in me, who grew up in the first housing community in San Ramon, in a time when the landscape was dominated by acres of farmland that would one day become Bishop Ranch. But there’s also the pioneer — the child of an immigrant couple who had the foresight to put their roots down in San Ramon at a time when it was considered «the middle of nowhere.»

As a resident of the San Ramon Valley for over 40 years I have developed a deep love for it. My life-​long knowledge of the area has proven invaluable, particularly when assisting non-​native Californians with relocations. I’m fluent in the different dialects of the local schools, neighborhoods, youth sports and everything else that makes real estate in the East Bay work the way it does.
