Jason has been in the termite industry for over 10 years. He prides himself on helping to maintain Twin’s great reputation for world class customer service and integrity. Jason is very family oriented. He is married and just welcomed in his second child. During his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family as well as camping, golfing and watching pro sports.

I did not really use their service since I have to do my termite inspection in certain time frame and they were all booked up BUT the person who answered the phone is so nice and apologetic that they couldn’t to meet my needs and offered to put me on the waiting list. I’ve called so many termite inspection company (probably called dozen) and Twin Termite & Pest Control is by far the friendliest and nicest one to talk to and feel like being treated as important client. If I need to do any termite inspection and pest control needs then I’d definitely call them.

I became a first time home buyer and purchased a home. The home needed inspections and twin termite & pest control were mentioned by my realtor. What a job they did! They gave a report on what were the problems (termite, wood decay, etc.) and repaired it right away. Jason and his team were great. Also, Jason came back, as I called to help repair a dry wall problem. They helped out on fixing part of the dry wall that was missed in the previous report. They gladly came, checked it out and fixed it a couple days later. Awesome work, friendly and very professional. Recommended.

My husband and I use Twin for our own home and for our real estate business. We have been so impressed with their quality of service & speed of response! Paul has inspected our home and helped us with a rodent problem. He’s so patient with my kids following him around and asking a million questions. My 4 year old gave him a painting of a butterfly she made at school and he told her he would keep it in his truck. it was really nice. I have scheduled inspections for about 10 different properties in the last month and they always get back to me quickly, and when things are busy, have even rearranged their inspectors’ schedules a few times to squeeze us in. On one occasion where there was a misunderstanding on the price of a fee the VP called me himself and gave us a discounted price, which he didn’t have to do. Kayla & Noelle have both been extremely helpful and we will continue to use Twin & refer them to our friends and clients.

Twin home services is great! Jason came out and did the pest inspection on the house we are purchasing. His review was professional, concise and reasonably priced! I called for estimate on my house to get sprayed within 20 minutes somebody called me back within 20 minutes I had Ian the exterminator. at my house doing the the job of spraying my house for a reasonable affordable price and was very pleased with his customer service.

The staff and company, as a whole, are awesome! When I called earlier this week with a potential pest concern I was met with a very cheerful and friendly young lady by the name of Noelle (?). She was very helpful in assisting me with scheduling an inspection (I have a crazy work schedule). I even received a reminder email detailing my upcoming inspection appointment! Sooo awesome since I’m quite forgetful haha! Jason was our Inspector and he came out and was one of the most pleasant individuals in the business that I’ve ever interacted with! He was very thorough and I felt he exhibited a very friendly and professional demeanor. He wasn’t pushy or condescending and I felt at ease with his knowledge in this field. I definitely will be doing business with them and would recommend to friends and family. :)
