Over and Beyond! Rick is awesome! Thorough, Exact and Reliable Thorough: is able to maneuver through the smallest spaces (he’s slightly built, perfect for those narrow crawl spaces!); Exact: He identifies problems and type of termites and the fix; Reliable: Commits to schedules. He identified that we have active sub terrain termite problem, verified because our flooring company saw them (after we removed our leaking frig) and EGADS… saw the water and termite damage underneath… destroyed our wood floor! -(See Blackney & Marsh Flooring Review)
Rick knew exactly, and explained to remedy: Drill small holes in and around our concrete leading into the house in order to get in deep. He fills them (so no worries). Also sprayed underneath the house (in that tiny crawl space!).
Also, need to mention, he came just after our NAPA 6.0 earthquake. We were yellow tagged, because our front chimney arch was broken. He saw, questioned, then offered and took down our broken brick, pieces «No problem because it’ll be safer for you.» He also inspected both chimneys. So not what would expect! He indicated our back one was damaged more than the front. And yes, he was absolutely right!
Get a termite inspection at least once ever 3 – 4 years with Silverado Termite. Honestly, being proactive can save you sub flooring, floors damage. etc. You will so appreciate his expertise!!!
BTW: He told me to call him to inspect the end of October (No Charge!).
And ONE MORE COMMENT: DON’T BE FOOLED WITH WHOMEVER, WHO JUST SPRAYS ALONGSIDE YOUR HOUSE! It needs to be sprayed UNDERNEATH and THROUGH!
