Mario has worked 14+ years in the Pest Control Industry including all the Brand names. We carry all licenses, bonding and insurance.

After many years Mario took the plunge and created All N One Pest Eliminators. Why the name All N One? He learned many of the big companies Did Not offer ALL the services a home needs. Homeowners are required to use many vendors that costs extra. There had to be a better, easier and cost effective way of servicing customers. Were the choice, while servicing for pest & rodents we can set a trap for Raccoon’s or other wild life. We Treat and dweeb shrubs & structures, check for rodent activity, signs of birds, bees or any critter that can attack your home. By making you aware of potential problems were able to save clients thousands of dollars. We keep an eye on your property and protect your loved ones from any potential health hazards we see in advance. A client is the boss, is our philosophy and that’s why were the right choice. Mario was born and raised in the Bay Area. His family has owned several businesses while he was growing up. Like many children of business owners Mario started helping his family at a very young age. It was no surprise that he would grow up and have his own business.

Mario has worked in the pest industry all his adult career. He has always been a top performer at any company he worked due to his dedication to his customer base. Going the extra mile to find and solve a customers problem is what this job calls for.

You run into a hard to reach bat or need to make several trips to trap a mother raccoon and babies. Building a relationship with his customers Includes knowing their property with their main concerns.

As a local business and owner Mario gives back to his community and supports other local businesses and community events.

Mario’s true love of life is football all the way and we can’t forget his dogs,

I called all-n-one at 2:30pm to have them remove a dead opossum from the water near our dock, they were there by 5:00pm that night! It was very comforting knowing they were on their way! Thank you so much for taking care of us, we can now resume our water activities.

Just for the record, 3 stars is not a terrible review. They were okay – that is not a bad thing. We were getting aggravated and things got a little testy, but the job was finally done when Mario finally came out and placed a trap where we thought a trap should have been placed all along. On the first visit Sheldon said, ‘We’ll get you set right up, get rid of this rat hiding out in what appears to be a secluded wall, no problem, no problem,” We had no evidence of droppings in the attic or in the crawl space beneath the house, yet that’s where all the traps were placed. That’s okay, we thought, what do we know about catching a rat, and they did explain their logic. We had lots of evidence of rat movement along where the roof met the side of the house (single story roof abutting second story wall), but no traps were placed there. That section of roof was the location of entry and they added foam and inserted brillo pads to block access. After several visits, the story changed to, «This kind of roof is practically impossible to seal up all the holes (Spanish tile). You need to cut back your foliage better.» Sheldon got noticeably defensive but when I insisted a hole must have been missed and asked him to check that section of roof again, he did go back on the roof and stuffed some more brillo pads into possible access points. When he came down he said, «Ok, ok, you got me.» I took that to mean they had missed something, but then he went right back into, «These kinds of roofs are practically impossible, your trees are a problem, etc.» In other words, it’s all my fault. So, we cut back the tree some more, and with another hole plugged and more brillo pads inserted, we could tell some minor progress had been made. Judging from the sounds, the rat was still in the vicinity on the roof but maybe not inside the wall. All this time we couldn’t understand why they didn’t place a trap in the gap between the roof and the side of the house where the rat was obviously traveling. My husband escalated his discontent and finally Mario came out and placed a trap exactly where the rat was obviously traveling. Duh! The rat was dead after 2 days, the sound is gone, the problem is solved. They did persist until the problem was solved, so we did get what we paid for. It was just more prolonged and arduous than we would have expected. If we had it to do over, we’d probably try just placing a trap where the rat was obviously traveling before calling any pest control company. The location was relatively low and easily accessible. We probably would have saved ourselves aggravation, not to mention $ 600 plus dollars. Nevertheless, we were impressed when the owner finally came out and was able to solve the problem so easily. The sad bottomline is they probably didn’t make a penny on this job and we felt frustrated during the process. However, if you have a wily rat, this company will persist if you persist and they did ultimately honor their commitment which is probably more than you can say about much of their competition. So they really are, according to the Unilocal rating system, A-OK.

Outstanding, friendly service! Ken and Martin repaired several holes that had allowed pigeons in my attic. Ken’s experience with these types of repairs made the job look easy. We have had a great experience with All N One Pest Eliminators with the customer service reps on the phone and the on-site technician. Our technician, Donald, is personable, professional, and attentive to our ant issues and resolves the ants problems immediately.
We signed up for bi-monthly spray and they are always flexible with last minute changes. They are also open on Saturdays which I found to be rare for Pest Control services.

RATS, RATS, RATS!!! Yep, happened to us. Ken McElroy was the technician who was here to seal up the holes under the house where my vermin friends having been getting in. Mario, the owner, came by twice to evaluate and confirm the plan for our property.
Everyone was very knowledgeable, courteous and ON TIME!!!
They set the traps and sealed holes. Haven’t seen any new droppings and no activity in the many traps.
Also, their bid came in more than $ 2000 UNDER a competitor.
Needless to say, we are very happy with this company and very happy to know that the rat party in our basement is over!

Heard something in my wall… was not sure what it was… Called All in One, and they came out and made suggestions for sealing up some areas and set traps.
Ken and Martin came out and sealed up everything. They were both Professional and thorough. Nothing caught in the traps — but best to seal any access for these critters!

Ugh. Terrible customer service. Made an appointment — they never showed. Called their answering service, said a rep would call me back. Never did. Called and got their answering service who said a rep would call back. Never did. Called *again* and got their answering service. Finally got a call back and their rep said they couldn’t come out that day and make things right. I wasted my whole day off with this nonsense. I’m going to work with someone else. Their customer service is abysmal.

We had rats in the attic which were driving my dogs NUTS. I have a tough schedule so called around several places, asked about prices, and found All N One to be the most willing to come out quick to evaluate the problem and to be fairly reasonably priced. They poked around and found a bunch of openings where critters could come in, set some traps, then Ken came out later to check traps and seal up the place. Ken is a good guy, was careful about finding every little nook and cranny the ratties could come in, and was willing to keep with the snap traps only, as the sticky traps are a very bad slow way for a creature to die. I don’t want to torture the rats, I just wanted them gone and if they had to die, make it quick. If you want to get rid of rats, mice or anything else, please do not use sticky traps! Anyway, I think we have it under control. Ken McElroy was awesome!

Great, friendly staff. Rodney is amazing! Great professionalism and customer service. Knocked 1 star off because they messed up our appointments TWICE and we spent time sitting around the house waiting for them, when they weren’t coming. But no problems with the service. Our home is rodent free!

I have used a few companies over the years for pest control. Finally got to Orkin and had a phenomenal technician named Mario. For the first year of service. Mario was great. He was responsive and we had no pest issues. Then Mario left Orkin, and I found out that Orkin was not good, it was Mario that was good. Stayed with Orkin for 2 more years then, while under Orkins «service» I had Rats, spiders, and Ants.
Orkin gave all sorts of excuses offered to charge me more money and would «treat» us on our next service.
Well that Decided that and I was thru. Looked up reviews for other companies and remembered Mario. Found him here and what a god send. Came out the same day. Dealt with the rats, and I mean they took it seriously and in the first day made a huge impact. We are scheduled all ready for sealing up the house. They have come back to check and reset traps and eliminated all of the spiders. (It has been less than a week). ALL IN ONE PEST IS THE BOMB. Mario and so far his entire team are professional, courteous, friendly, and put you at ease. I am a grateful customer and so happy to have found Mario again.

I had a rat problem so I called All N One Pest Eliminators based on the reviews and I’m so glad I did. Everyone on the team is awesome! Very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. We had a hole in our garage where rats entered and it was very hard to reach and close up. I called Maria several times to have a technician come out just to ease my mind and make sure the hole was sealed and to check the traps placed around the house… someone was always there that same day or the next day. They got the job done — no more rats! Highly recommended!

We had been battling a pretty bad ant problem for about 6 weeks before calling All N One. We tried the Raid products and they seemed to work, only to have the ants pop up somewhere else the next day. It was like a game of whack-a-mole. We’re in a second floor condo so these guys were coming out of the walls at every turn. About the time they attacked the kitchen I had had enough.
When I called to make the appointment I spoke with Crissy. I know the monthly service is all the rage these days but she didn’t pressure me to sign a contract, or schedule recurring service, but informed me of my options and scheduled a one time service appointment for that weekend.
The day of the appointment, Andy came out promptly at 8. He was so nice, and seemed really knowledgeable. He had a great sense of humor and it was easy to talk to him and have him in our home. It’s not often you experience great customer service and I was so impressed with Andy that I called the office right after he left to rave about him.
It’s been a little over a month since All N One came out to spray and we have not had any ant sightings since. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks All N One!

I have their service for 1 year. My home had ants. I tried to use different things to killed them but I failed. The ants were so annoying! I found this company on Unilocal and a technician came on the next day I called. All the ants are gone after 2 days the technician sprayed my house.
Last time I had Andy to spray my home. I was so impressed by his hard work! He spent more time to sprayed my house. Besides spraying foundation, he also sweep the outside wall of my house and sprayed my yard. He is the best technician I have had. I mean all their technician are good but I like Andy most! Highly recommend the company and request Andy if you can.

I contacted All N One on Weds ⁸⁄₁₉ to take care of a really bad ant issue and they were able to schedule me for the next day! Andy (the exterminator) was amazing! He was very thorough, informative and reassuring. He made it aware that the bait may take up to 10 days to work but those ants were nearly gone that night. It has been 3 days since he’s sprayed our home (with a non toxic water based spray) and set the baits and we haven’t seen one ant since! Although I am very pleased with their services, I really hope I don’t have to contact them again lol! Thank you All N One and Andy!

I own a rental in Antioch and needed a pest exterminator for roaches asap. A new tenant was moving in right away and this needed to be taken care of.
Called this company and immediately was able to book an appt. And get someone into the home asap.
The woman who took my call was very keen on communication as it took a few going calls back and forth to set up a good time for one of their employees to get in there. She was diligent and super responsive in communication when I had to change the appt a few times.
The woman had exceeded my expectations and more important got the job done!
Thank you all n one… Will definitely use them again for all future jobs.

The lady on the phone talks with an attitude. She makes me sound like I’m stupid :(I need to repeat things several times (on a number of occasions) before she can even get me what I want. And she always talk ahead of me (like nonstop) — hence she wont let me talk until she’s completely done (what type of service is this?)
And she blamed me for not properly following the instructions — causing the problem to be back. like seriously? your company service does not work and you decide to throw the ball on me? if we’re willing to invest our money on things (such as these services), do you think we will neglect it once we received the service?
Service wise: overprice and not effective! The materials that they used are so cheap — that I bet they got them from the dollar tree! Yet they charge me probably 50x to 60x the price of what it cost at the dollar tree.
Punctuality: they’re not on time too. I remember setting an appointment for 2−4PM and the guy basically called me at 4PM and said he’s coming. I was waiting at home the entire time for him –_–
I wont mind paying more if it works but it doesnt. waste of time and money! poor customer service.
