Radiant Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

This is the second time that we have had Ken from Radiant Carpet clean our medical office in Mt. View. We could not be happier with Ken’s work.
He made our office shine again, and brought new life back to our upholstered chairs.
Ken is a real nice guy, shows up on time, and tried very hard to please you.

We’ve used Radiant for several years, but it had been several years since we last had Ken clean our carpets. In that time we had accumulated the usual dirt tracked in by kids from the backyard, wine spills, juice spills, etc. Oh, we had also gotten a big dog who has had no indoor accidents, but loves to run in and out of the house thru his dog door. So we had a pretty big challenge to clean. Vacuuming was just not getting the carpet clean.
Ken came in (actually called and asked if he could start early) and the results for us are absolutely amazing. Practically brand new carpet. Stains gone and even the crevices on the stairs are clean. Really a great great job that far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended. Great value for the money. Great guy, very thorough yet efficient. We won’t wait so long next time before giving Ken a call. :-)

My couch looks like new! It was so easy to set up an appointment with Ken. He was punctual, polite, friendly, and efficient. He charged the price he quoted me over the phone ($ 125) even though it took him longer than expected to clean my couch (about 2 hours). It’s a micro-​fiber suede chaise sofa, which has many pillows and cushions that take a while to clean. I will definitely be using Ken for any future cleanings I need. Thanks for the great work! :)

Ken was an absolute pleasure to deal with and his quality of work was second to none. He came by to do an estimate as we had some cat urine issues, he identified the areas and gave us the estimate for cost and time. He was on time on all counts and we are very happy with the results, would recommend highly, thanks Ken!!!

What I like best about Ken is that he is a one man business. I truly admire that. He’s honest, fair, and offers the best price that I have found. I have used him before and he didn’t let me down. In fact he actually remembered me from the last time I used him. Over a year ago. I called him and he was here within 24 hours.
His work is good and very detailed. I have two cats (wanna adopt?) and one left a few markings on the carpet. And he was very careful to treat all the spots with this handy dandy tool. He seems to have invested his profits back into the company for different tools to get the job done. I will continue to support him.

Outstanding complete honest professional friendly service with follow up. I had a tough coffee stain on old Berber carpet that I had unsuccessfully worked on for a week. I. Could not get it out. Found many others that did not seem so trustworthy or experienced around. You cannot go wrong with Ken reasonable rate for great service. I gained a friend and the stain is gone for good. Highly recommended.

I had Ken clean my dirty carpets last week and my carpets are looking like new again. I didn’t think some of those ugly stains can ever be gotten out but Ken worked his magic on them and they are gone and have not come back. After he was done he told me he gave my carpets a thorough bath and that just made me feel like my whole house is cleaner and healthier now.
The carpets were dried pretty quick too, about 3 hours, which was a huge improvement over the last cleaner which took over a day for everything to dry.
I’m very happy with the entire experience of having Ken clean my carpets. He’s a very friendly guy and I felt very at ease. He didn’t rush the job and took the time to really work on those tough stains to get them totally out. That shows the pride that he has in his work. I’ll be calling Ken again the next time my carpets need cleaning.

Ken came by and cleaned the carpet for me today. He was friendly, professional and did an excellent job. The carpet needed some work due to ground in stains, Ken got them out and it looks great! I’ve already recommended him to someone!

I’ve used Ken with Radiant Carpet Cleaning many times over the years to clean my carpets and he always does an exceptional job. Any time my carpet gets the dirty/​stained look, I give Ken a call. Ken cleans it and when he’s done, the carpet looks amazingly!
One time, our new puppy peed all over the carpet in one of the bedrooms. Ken used some urine detection equipment to find the exact locations of all the urine. I watched him painstakingly marks and identified the location of each area, and then he treated them to remove the urine all the way from the pad underneath the carpet without pulling up the carpet, which saved me a ton of money. The smell was totally gone afterward and I’m more than happy with Ken’s expert work once again.
I’ve recommended Ken’s carpet cleaning service to many of my friends and they’ve all been very happy with the work Ken has done for their carpets also.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to put light grey carpet in high traffic areas… NOT a great idea.
Kenn has been a godsend! We have 2 dogs and 1 teenager with a ton of friends. Kenn comes 2 – 3 times a year and does a wonderful job. I always feel better once he’s been here.
No spot too strange or big – he can get anything the dogs or teens seem to track in out of the carpet.
I can’t imagine using anyone else.

I just used Radiant for the first time in an emergency situation. I usually have someone else do my carpets but they were busy, so I called Radiant and they really came through.
They were very knowledgeable, courteous, ontime and above all did a great job! Plus, their prices were exceptional.
Overall, Radiant did such a good job I will call them first next time.

I have been using Radiant Carpet for many years and have recommended Ken Louie to several of my friends. He always does a great job and shows up exactly when he says he will. I would trust him to come in and clean my carpet even if I were not home. It’s important to me to know who is going to show up when you call for carpet cleaning. Ken is the sole proprietor. You know he will do a good job since referrals are his only source of advertisement. He takes pride in doing a good job and having happy customers.
