I was referred to Eric and I can’t be more thankful for one of THE best plumbers I’ve met. When it comes to plumbers, I’ve been taken for a ride more than a few times. Eric dispelled all my woes. He always answers the phone and is quick in responding. He’s on time and he’s knowledgable, professional and a great communicator and gets the job done fast without breaking the wallet.

Called M&M at 10pm tonight when my kitchen sink backed up. Eric, the owner of M&M answered the call and promised to arrive within an hour. He did arrive within the hour.
Got the job done in about an hour, basically a clogged pipe that needed the pipe snake. Being in a townhouse, the pipes can be tricky. Eric snaked it twice and got the job done.
He quoted me his minimum, plus a night surcharge, which I felt was reasonable. And the final bill was just that, with absolutely no extras charges tacked on.
Eric is really friendly and loves to chat. Proud of his family business and his family. His pride in his work shows.
I am happy to recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber in a pinch.
Note the other reviews, he does do a lot of commercial work but still takes in residential work.

I’ve been a customer of M&M Building Maintenance for longer than I can remember, over 20 years anyhow. They’ve always been VERY responsive and their prices have always been very reasonable. Eric Miller grew up in the business and has handled just about every plumbing or building maintenance issue. I haven’t been able to stump him yet.

My office used to use this Asian ran company and they sucked, the same leaky faucet kept coming back. Until finally, the pipes gave in, busted; water EVERYWHERE and we called M&M Building Maintenance and they came out in a jiffy. They took great care of us, fixed the busted pipe and installed new pipes without disturbing our normal business day. The owner, I think his name is Eric, is extremely honest and friendly. Since our office building is rather old, we had many concerns and questions on how to prevent problems like this from happening. He answered all our questions and concerns with the utmost professional manner. He also mentioned that M and M building maintenance also offered a wide range of janitorial services. The pricing is very reasonable and since the janitorial service we were using wasn’t doing a very good job, we convinced our boss to switch over M and M Building. Since then, we have been really satisfied with M and M Building Maintenance, office is clean, no more busted pipes or clogged sinks and best of all; it smells so fresh after they service the office. Makes a gal stay awake and work harder.

had this company come out and do some work First the guy Eric is very friendly and proffesional explained to me what was wrong with my kitchen drain, walked me thru the whole process and the job was so proffesional he even cleaned up after himself Awesome! especially since I have kids already didn’t need to clean another mess! The price was very reasonable I had called another plumbing company to check price and Eric’s was the most reasonable. I will def refer him to other’s and will make him my only plumbing person to call
