Diego did great job. We had to get the steam cleaning done in our home. Diego explained the difference between steam cleaning and deep cleaning. he offered complimentary deep cleaning in our living room just to show us the difference between steam and deep cleaning. Carpet looked clean and fluffy after steam cleaning. We would highly recommended them. Awesome service and neat job!

Don’t hire these guys. They dumped out the cleaning chemicals from the van directly into the storm drain in my complex.

You can’t beat the price! $ 45 for steam cleaning of carpet. I’m a first time customer so I’m not sure if this is an introductory offer or not, but I definitely recommend you try them out. They are professional, friendly, efficient, and on time. And they do a great job! Highly recommend!

The customer service was lovely, and I have nothing bad to say specifically to this company. What I can say, is that I’ve had my carpets cleaned twice in 8 months, and I had massively better results with chem-​dry cleaning. This service left behind traces of the puppy evening escapes. The prior foster dogs messes not only was cleaned up w chem-​dry, there were stains from roommates over 10 years ago that it cleaned up. chem-​dry is the only way I’ll go now.

Diego just left and I can’t believe how good my carpets turned out. I thought my carpet was beyond any help — it was flat, and discolored, and no matter how much I vacuumed it always smelled like dust. But now it is fluffy and revived, and the color is nearly back to its original vibrancy! I’m so glad I opted for the stairs, and got them deep cleaned, they were the ugliest and most noticeable. I have no complaints so far — hopefully it dries well.

O.M.G. Diego! Thank you sooo muchhh! I walked downstairs… and I could not believe my eyes! Amazing! I didn’t even take a before photo… but how bad it was after the puppies trained through it… don’t think I would post a before pic anyway. Let’s just say– I thought we needed new carpet. Nope! DIEGO! YOU TOTALLY ROCK! My whole downstairs looks brand new again! Like before dogs & kids! Haha!
1^st of all… I called yesterday — & was scheduled an appointment not even 24 hrs in advance. squeezing me in before my family comes to visit.
2^nd. Diego was on time, very professional & helpful & got straight to work. He was in & out of here in no time! Fast, but very detailed worker.
3^rd. Diego gave an excellent deal– worked in our budget– even with the added services for a deep clean and pet treatment. Way cheaper than expected, also cheaper than other companies quotes.
4^th. The carpets are already almost dry, he didn’t leave them soaked that will need a couple days to dry (like a previous bad experience I had with a different company). No bad oder & they feel great!
5^th! I definitely recomend Diego @ All in One Carpet Care to make your carpets looking brand new again!

My wife is pregnant, so we asked the cleaner if their cleaning agent is non-​toxic. The reply was: «…the solution is an enzyme! don’t worry!». He repeated the word **enzyme** many times, claiming it is very safe because it is an enzyme, etc. Looking at their website now, I don’t see any claims about their cleaning solution being non-​toxic or green. In addition, the cleaner up-​sells us the «deep-​clean» package when he arrived at our place, claiming our carpet was way too dirty for regular steam clean. The only difference between regular steam clean and «deep-​clean» was hand spray of the «enzyme» solution before steam cleaning. A few spritz over our tiny living room for $ 80 dollars.
Doesn’t feel like a very good/​honest experience. Be careful.

I had them clean my sofa and area rug yesterday. They did an amazing job and Diego is great! He explained everything and did wonderful. I got the groupon, well worth it. I will be using them again!

I got the carpet cleaned but did not get the results I was hoping for.
The carpet feels rough and the stains are still present.

Fantastic! Really great work. Fast and efficient. Carpets look amazing and at a reasonable price. Damp but not soaked, too, which is great. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend and use again in the future.

My appointment was scheduled for 4pm on Monday, and at 4:17pm I was still waiting. When I called the number on their page to ask about the cleaning crew’s whereabouts, someone picked up, immediately apologized for the delay, and had the cleaning crew call me to confirm address location and ETA. They came within minutes and were very apologetic as they were running behind on schedule. They seem very busy and I see why! They do a good job.
I ended up getting the «deep cleaning» for an extra cost on my staircase, hallway and two bedrooms due to soil left from the previous tenants who had two cats. They finished the job in about an hour and now all the soil is gone and my carpet looks brand new. Would recommend to my friends and will use them again for my carpet cleaning needs.
Review update. Carpet looks very clean after dry, my only complaint is that it took… forever, to dry. The guy said 3 – 4 hours, it was more like, 3 – 4 hours + overnight and it was still damp in the morning. So make sure you give yourself plenty of time to dry (like 10 hours enough time) when you plan to get your carpets cleaned.

These guys did a great job on my carpets. Diego and Tony very professional and did 4 rooms and a hall in little over an hour… very quick. They did deep cleaning as well for a small extra fee. Their overall price was very competitive as well. Thank You guys!

I had bought a groupon coupon for the sofa and love seat steam cleaning. This is my first Unilocal review ever because I am choosy on things :). He steam cleaned both my sofa and loveseat to every inch of it. At the end I also opted for steam cleaning of my rug and dining chairs as well which was all very well cleaning. I would recommend this service for my friends!!!

Diego was super professional and was able to take my 8 year old carpet and make it look almost brand new. I had three rooms and a hallway deep cleaned/​soil treated for $ 210, well worth the investment, the carpet looks great. They were able to get it all cleaned with in an hour and I was able to walk on the carpet with in 4 hours. I definitely will recommend All in One Carpet Care to everyone.
