Business Owner

As an audio/​video technology specialist with over 15 years experience, I take clients’ visions of how they want to experience music, video, communication and security systems in their home or business and make them reality. My project management background gives me the know-​how to work with architects and designers to integrate audio/​video systems in from the ground up as well as retrofit audio/​video systems into existing construction with the least amount of disruption. I also have the hands-​on installation and electrical experience to know how to install the systems properly and safely.

My customer service background gives me the ability to listen to my clients to learn what they really want. I enjoy finding out how clients live and work so I can provide solutions that are seamless and work together to simplify their lives and enable them to realize their dream home or workplace.

I can’t give enough stars to Glenn! We moved (and hated leaving all that he had done at our old house) to a smaller house with less TVs. Glenn still came to the house and helped us get our TVs up on the wall even though it was a very minor effort and probably not the usual amazing lighting and mounting jobs he typically does. The fact that he took the time and didn’t treat us any differently from a thousand dollar job to a small job meant a lot. We will definitely be coming back again and again!

Glenn, his brother, as well as his extended team recently completed a large whole house and backyard project for our family. They were timely, professional and thorough. I am extremely picky and their attention to detail and quality did not disappoint. In addition, when we encountered a problem with an 80 inch outdoor TV, they fully managed the communication with the manufacturer and coordinated a replacement — great support. Made an appointment last Saturday for them to provide a quote and estimate to run Cat 5 cable in our house. Glenn was knowledgeable and said he would be here today at 6 p.m. Well, they never showed and didn’t even leave a courtesy call saying they were going to run late or to reschedule. I guess my business wasn’t that important to them. Off to look elsewhere.

I’m in an apartment, but wanted a great surround sound system. Glenn set me up with paradigm millenia 5.0 and all I can say is WOW! I told Glenn what I wanted and that i didn’t want to modify or spend a lot to get the system set up (hard wired) because it is an apartment, he delivered! Even the rear speakers are wireless!
Glenn got me a fair price and i couldn’t be happier!

Glenn and Eddie just finished some work in my house. I needed to have my TV mounted, my AV equipment setup and some new outdoor speakers installed.
They were prompt on all of their appointments, provided a free estimate and the products they used were very good. The TV mount they setup is amazing and the new outdoor speakers sound great. I was very impressed with their knowledge and level of professionalism throughout the process.

Glenn sold me an amazing portable speaker that I can move from room to room or take outside. It’s a stand alone unit you use with your iPod and has rechargeable nickel batteries so you can plug it in or not. The sound quality is far better than any I’ve heard — even my 14 year old gave it the thumbs up!

Glenn came in and set up my Massage office with the New Sonos system. I can now stream pandora, radio or music from my Ipod. This whole Streaming thing is incredible, I am no longer tied to the same old music. Love it! and the the sound from the Sonos speaker is incredible.

I wanted to watch streaming video on my TV in a room that had no cable. Glenn set me up and I’m super happy! While he was here, he also fixed my stupid kitchen lights so they wouldn’t burn out so fast.

Glenn really knows what he is doing. I hired him because I wanted speakers in my kitchen that would play music from my stereo which is in the living room. He came up with an elegant solution and then went even further by getting us hooked up with a Universal Remote that works from the other room so I don’t have to run into the living room if I need to turn the volume down. It made all the confusing remote settings so much easier for all our stereo and TV components. (I was tired of having to call my husband on the phone to ask him how to turn on the Wii).
Then my husband asked if he could mount our flat-​screen TV and surround sound speakers on the wall and he did a great job with that. It looks and sounds so much nicer now.
