We work closely with a network of successful realtors throughout the county assisting with there clients and handle all request for repair needs. We also work closely with Real Estate Investors throughout the county involved in over 200+ «flips”/ and or as we like to call them «remodeled investment homes.» We handle everything from the smallest repair the full scale design build ground up projects/​design build remodels. Derrick J.

Manager

Derrick Thomas was born and raised in Moorpark, CA a small suburb of Ventura County. Throughout his late childhood and early teenage years he worked assisting/​honing his skills working for his family run construction company. By 2002 Derrick Thomas had risen to Senior Field Supervisor for Thomas Construction, managing on current and proposed projects. In 2005 Derrick Thomas left Thomas Construction to work as a Field Supervisor for The Marshall Group a large residential and commercial developer based out of Los Angeles. By 2007 the construction industry was showing signs of strain, at which point Derrick Thomas attended Cal State San Marcos to obtain a degree in Business Management. Also during this Derrick was working as a Fund Control Inspector for Hasz Fund Control handling its San Diego Operations. In 2008 Thomas Construction was established in San Diego Co, and has since been providing the upmost quality and customer service to vast array of clients throughout San Diego Co.
