They’re horrible! I’m so upset! They hung up on me for no reason. Why are they even in business? No customer service.

Great people! Mike drove me. A complete Pro. I had a lot of luggage and they had a solution. A great experience!

Weird. Good last minute deal ($ 85+10 tip from Univ. City to LAX. The driver asked for a tip, btw). They are NOT a cab company. They’re PRIVATE drivers working around the system giving you a HYBRID service between private and taxi. The service turned out great, clean Toyota SUV, the driver is quick, street smart and helpful with the luggage. But these guys are VERY foreign and old school and don’t give you the best customer service interaction. They still hold their old country mannerisms, speak poorly on the phone, so if you don’t like their style and are looking for babysitting, this won’t be the best place to go.

Called 4 246 665 550 number asked for a cab from Will Rogers park, waited 15 min, was Clean car (Black Toyota SUV), well dressed driver… rest is a negative: $ 5 a mile, so 11 miles trip is $ 57… what a rip off. When asked for a discounted rates driver started talking how expensive Über car service is (lie we use Über all the time and this trip would be $ 30 based on the website). When arrived at the destination we told driver that we want to pay with American Express, he saw cash in my hand and started talking about having no service in the area to ran the card. I told him that there is excellent service for his AT@T I Phone and he should try it. He did not like that idea, and tried to point out that I have cash, to which I refused and insisted to pay with the credit card. Will never use this service again.

Called to get a quote and heavy accent guy was rude…

Called to get a quote for a short distance, playa del rey to LAX, a guy with a heavy accent and quite dodgy said to call united taxi! i said you need to mention that you don’t service short distance rides on your website and he said ‘i know i know just call that number i gave you!’. Sounded like the main line is connected to the guy’s living room. Very unprofessional and quite sketchy. Won’t go near them again. Everyone is entitled to a safe and sound ride and if you don’t offer that, you should not mislead the public.

It’s funny how their website states that they are «twice as fast.» I called needing a taxi urgently – in downtown Los Angeles mind you – and they said 15 — 20 minutes, what a joke!

I love this cab service! The driver was so nice and u felt very comfortable right away. The prices are awesome! And I highly recommend to anyone that is sick of the old fashioned meter cabs. Much much classier in my opinion. If you get the chance ask for mike!

This was my second time using Yellow Cab Hybrids for taxi service in Los Angeles area because my car keeps having problems and I get stuck on the road. The first time I called Yellow Cab Hybrids I was in Santa Monica and my car died on me so I needed to go to the closest Pep boys so I can buy a special spray that makes my car run until i get it to my mechanic and having my car towed from Santa Monica to LA was not happening. $$ So I called Yellow Cab Hybrids and there were there instantly it was just like they were around the corner waiting lol. Well we got to pep boys quick and safe and back to my car with a brezzeee so I saved their number and got my car to my mechanic safe and the mechanic supposedly fixed the car. Well guess what, I got stuck again! Mechanics WOW! Thats a different story!!! Well this time I was in West Los Angeles and I had saved Yellow Cab Hybrids # on my phone just in case… Glad that I did, this cause this time I started thinking that they had cars in every corner just waiting. They were there quicker than the first time… Well I had to go to the closest Pepboys again in West LA to pick up the spray make and went back to my car sprayed the engine and it worked this time I went on Unilocal and found my mechanic aka Major Muffler in West Los Angeles, CA he was great!
