WORST COMPANY EVER! Can’t even install stones properly.
I remodeled my whole house and all the vendors that I worked with were all very professional, except this company.
They sold and installed a damaged stone counter. The installation of these counters from «professionals» are absurd. They could not even make the proper cut to the sink in my bathroom, and my contractor had to redo the cabinets to fix Arch & Stone’s obvious mistakes.
I asked them to come out and look at the problem areas and scheduled an appointment with them. But they never showed up. I waited for them for three hours and rearranged my schedule for them. They did not even had the courtesy to call to reschedule.
When I talked with Sam, he said that he would get back to me with his schedule the next day. That was 3 months ago. I have been patient with this company but clearly they do not have any problems selling people sub par goods and do not know what customer service is. After leaving dozens of phone call messages, I was finally able to talk with Sam.
Sam admitted that he did not care about his service. He was just interested in selling terrible products and being done with his customer. He has zero interest in helping me solve this problem, nor was he willing to come out and look at the damages.
If you want horrible stone counters and terrible service and bad installation, by all means good luck with them.

Sam, Anna, and George are awesome! I walked in to Arch Stone at 4pm on a Friday, and by Sunday at noon my beautiful floor was installed. And all this at a a price that rivals, if doesn’t beat, Home Depot where the bureaucracy basically rendered the employees unable to get out of their own way. I don’t hesitate to recommend Arch Stone!
