On New Year’s Day 1980, a young and free-​spirited California man began cleaning Smitty’s Bar in Sausalito. Today, 30+ years later, Robin Clark, owner of WeClean123​.com and Pacific Window Cleaning & Janitorial, Inc. is still on the scene and heads up a loyal, tenured group of employees with a long list of happy clients, including his first client — Smitty’s Bar.

The company has gone from that guy with a floor machine in the back of his van, to owning an established, fully insured and reputable service company in Southern Marin. Today, Pacific Window Cleaning & Janitorial, Inc., which purchased Crystal Clear Window Care and also operates as WeClean123​.com, has achieved a good balance in being large enough to offer a professional and fully insured service, but remaining manageable to offer an one-​on-​one relationship with most of their clients.

We’ve used this service since we moved up here (six + years). We have a lot of windows (floor to ceiling) and glass doors, all situated where it would be easy to see the slightest smudge. This company does an excellent job of cleaning the windows and our many window screens.
After they’re finished our windows are spotless with absolutely no scratches from the cleaning, and the screens are as pristine as they were when we bought the house. They are professional and courteous when scheduling the services and they always show up on the date and within the timeframe specified. I am so glad we found them!

Pacific Window Cleaning did the best job I have ever had on my windows, inside and out. They are courteous, hard working, and pleasant. My windows are sparkling! Pacific Window came to do a major spring cleaning at our house over four days. The cleaned all windows inside and out, all our external light fixtures, our bluestone patios and paths, BBQs and more. They did an amazing job. They didn’t miss a detail. The team even cleaned areas that I forgot to mention when they came out to scope out the work. We’ve used other window cleaners, and Pacific really went above and beyond anything I’ve seen before. Robin is so friendly and easy to work with and his crew was timely, professional and very competent. I will continue to use their services going forward and can’t recommend them enough!

I have to admit upfront that the folks at Pacific Window Cleaning and Janitorial are neighbors of ours. So maybe they provide such excellent service because of that. In any case, everything works, so why go anywhere else? They make appointments quickly, they keep them, they do a fantastic job and they clean up and it’s as if they were never there. Except, of course, the windows sparkle and the view is much better because of it. We are totally satisfied with Pacific.

I just hired Pacific for the first time to clean my home’s windows. These guys are super professional from the moment they respond to an inquiry, submit a proposal, and then show up on time for the job at the minute they promised. A crew of 4 worked professionally nearly all day and left the property spotless and more importantly our windows spotless. Things have never looked so good !

I hired Pacific Window to clean our many windows in our home, but I was nervous that they would say some were going to be too difficult to reach since we live on a hill and some would be almost 3 stories above ground. I should not have wasted a moment in worry — all windows were cleaned until they sparkled and the screens and sills were also spotless. The guys were very professional, quiet and speedy.
