For more than 5 years, Advanced Contracting Specialist has provided high-​quality handyman (and handywoman!) services as well as Carpet Cleaning to the local community. Think of us as the ultimate neighbor — the one who has all the good equipment for cleaning up the yard and fixing everything on the «honey do» list. We’re available 7 days a week and offer flexible hours to fit into your busy schedule. Have a million little things to get done around the house? No problem! Feel free to hand over your list. We can come over day after day and work our way through it, or we can do a few things each week. It’s up to you. We’re excited to work with you. Getting things done is our specialty.

My goal for Advanced Contracting Specialist is to provide the Greater San Diego Area with exceptional services. Being an Army MP & Afghanistan Veteran, I will approach your project with the same attention to detail that was ingrained into me throughout my training and service. As a father, husband and homeowner, I know how important your property is to you. I will treat every aspect of every job as if it was being done on my home. Prompt job start and end times as well as cleanliness, professionalism, and respect are areas I consider to be key parts of doing business.
