I feel so lucky to be NewGen’s first review!
I was in need of a carpet deep cleaning and I found this company on Craigslist. I was wary, having been fully disappointed by the last company I called that left dark spots in my high traffic areas. I also have cats and two kids so it was important to me to have eco friendly cleaning done. On the phone, Gief was very nice and accomodating and quoted me less than the other companies I had called. They showed up on time and got to work right away. I pointed out a couple of the worst spots and they took extra time in making sure they were fully clean, and they even hand scrubbed the stairs!
I can’t say enough great things about this family company, they were so nice, my carpets are beautiful and white again, and I will be happy to call them again in the future! NewGen– I have recommended you to all of my friends and family, thanks again!
