History

Established in 2010.

The Rachel Chloe Home Staging team trained with Matthew Finlason, the award winning host of HGTV’s television series «The Stagers» where we learned the most avant-​garde and profitable Staging techniques. These techniques incorporate Lifestyle Merchandising which gives home buyers the lifestyle experience they are dreaming of instantaneously upon entering a property for sale. Combining innovative demographic profiling with an infusion of advanced design and creativity we write the story of your home through our staging designs.

Stephanie helped my daughter and I redecorate her room for her birthday, And also move 2 other kids rooms around. She was amazing ! We started with a consultation of the spaces, floor plans, and color selection, then she gave us a detailed shopping list. We gathered all items and she came back to help decorate the area! My daughter had a great time and the rooms turned out beautifully ! I will definitely use her again !!

I found Stephanie with Rachel Chloe Home Staging & Design through a listing that she staged in Livermore in the past. I represented the buyer, not the seller, on that home. My client ended up buying the property as the staging really helped my buyers see themselves living in the home. Staging really does work! As for me, I really liked the style, use of colors, use of space, and furniture placement in the home.
Since then, I’ve worked with Stephanie on my own listings — on both vacant properties and times when the owner needs to live in their home during the staging process/​sale.
