We received the Five Star Rated Homeowner Referral Guidebook in the mail & on pgs 24 & 25 we found CASE Handyman & Remodeling. Jill contacted me and she was wonderful to work with after giving her my long list of repairs. Earl, home repair specialist, came out and gave us excellent and outstanding service. His integrity and expertise is impeccable. He was on time and kept our home neat and clean. His talent for helping us with our long list of plumbing and carpentry needs was indeed very impressive. He helped us beyond our expectations. WOW! After a great experience, I highly recommend Case Design/​Remodeling and Earl. As our wish list grows again, we won’t hesitate to be repeat customers!!!

These guys are great. After my initial visit with Jeff (project manager & estimator) at a rental property two weeks ago, I’ve already hired and worked with Tim (professional electrician and jack of all trades) for two projects — one at my rental and the other at my new custom construction home.
They get five stars because they are upfront on what they can do well and where I would be best going direct with another company, can handle the majority of the various projects I’ve sent their way, are pleasant and professional to deal with (both Jeff and Tim have great personalities), are licensed & bonded (so you don’t have to worry about any screw ups when/​if they happen), and the best part bill on time & materials at reasonable rates that I can afford.
So far they have advised me on best rental practices, done wire management, removed various fixtures from the walls, patched and fixed drywall holes, fixed an outside stucco issue above a garage, tightened a fancier sink (that was difficult to get to!), and have installed and run two sets of plugs from my media room direct to the breaker. I already have my 3^rd visit scheduled in a couple weeks for some other various projects.
Special shout out to Bubba — thanks for helping me and being such a fun guy to work with while I’m overloaded with all these ‘special’ projects. Again, I appreciate you teaching me as you go so that I can pick up on some of these skill sets.

We have been very pleased with our first experience with this company. We had several bids placed on replacing a kitchen door and ultimately selected CASE. The initial visit for a quote (Jeff) was very detailed and efficient and didnt push for more than needed. Jeff also was willing to answer additional questions not related to the job considered. We selected the door and after main features were selected Jeff took care of ordering
The home repair specialist (Earl) who came to remove the old door and install the new one came on time. Very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He took care of doing the work plus some additional work that had been contracted. By the end of the day and consistent with estimate the new door was in place. Cleaned up the place, accepted to do a few last minute tweaks. All was done at a much cheaper price than with other quotes and without the complications (stucco removal and replacement) that were recommended by other companies (and in retrospect was really overkill)
All in all we would recommend the CASE and will definitely use them again

This company runs a well-​known «bite more than you can chew» process.
Here’s what it means: wait for months to get a really crappy and hasty job «done» and wait more weeks or months if bad quality is not what you’re looking for and you want any of the created problems fixed (if you’re lucky enough and anything will be fixed, ever).

We had a number of small handyman projects for the home repair specialist to complete, from repairing a mail slot, to installing cabinet pulls in the kitchen, to some electrical work. The estimator that came to assess the scope of work was very thorough and gave us an estimate that was accurate. Both he and the handyman were on time, and here when they said they’d be here! That hasn’t happened in the past, with other contracting companies we’ve hired. I was so impressed that when the handyman had a couple of questions about the odd electrical wiring we had, and he wasn’t totally sure, he sent a photo he’d taken to a more experienced electrician at Case and they then talked by phone to figure it out. It’s the people who are too embarrassed to admit they don’t know everything that worry me more, so I appreciated his asking for assistance. The handyman was courteous, friendly, and knew what to do. We would definitely hire this company again, and are considering having them fix a shower wall in the near future. It’s also nice to be able to contact them easily through their office administrator, who is very efficient and organized.

As a lath and plaster subcontractor, we have been working with CASE a little over 5 years now. I couldn’t ask for a better Contractor. The entire staff at CASE is professional, intelligent, and very efficient! They have an amazing team! I’m blessed to say that they give us an abundance of opportunities to work with them. Our goal is to take those opportunities and make sure we deliver clean and quality work. As I’m preparing to take over my dad’s business, I will continue to deliver and do my best to take care of CASE as they very much deserve so.

We hired Case for a complete kitchen remodel a year ago. They were spectacular in every aspect.
We discovered they also have a handyman division. Had them out today for minor household repairs. Once again, they did not disappoint.
This company only employs the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable and talented people. You just can’t go wrong.

I used their handyman services to have our gable facing replaced and to have a threshold installed on an exterior door. Jessie, who actually performed the work, was very polite and professional. He did a great job and finished promptly.
I will definately use them again for their handyman services. We are looking into doing some remodeling this summer and we will certainly look at case for that work too.

Case was hired to place some paneling on a wall. Tim Wilson was prompt and thorough. He listened to what we were looking for and added a few suggestions that made the entire concept much better. The wall looks sharp and his craftsmanship was excellent. If we have more projects, we will call Case.

I had some repairs to exterior wood trim and adding wood to finish a door and few windows. I was so impressed with Jill in the office and Tim who came out to do the work. They made the process easy, stress free and worked around my hectic schedule. I would go back for any additional work I need. The price was also reasonable for the work.

Two workers came to tear down and remove an old metal shed. They were efficient, courteous, and had the job completed in an hour and a half.
We plan to use them again. This outfit welcomes small jobs, and that is good to know, since most of what we need done is in the small job category.

I originally scheduled Case to install 4 sink faucets, and when I called to make the appointment, the only opening they said they had was in 2 weeks. They quoted me $ 90/​per hour for the job. I had heard good things about them so I decided to schedule. 2 weeks later the handyman shows up, and after installing the first faucet, he runs into some issues with the 2^nd faucet and starts to complain that that the middle hole is too small and he would need to ground it down so the faucet could fit. It took him over 3 hours to ground the hole and install the faucet. When I asked him if he would be installing the drain stopper that comes with the faucet, he grudgingly complained that he didn’t think it would fit because it was a European faucet (Hansgrohe). After I insisted, he somehow got the drain stopper installed but one side wasn’t evenly fitted onto the sink so it was sticking out with a space, when it should have been flat on the sink. When I pointed it out to him, he again started complaining that the drain stopper doesn’t fit properly on the sink, but grudgingly he managed to fit it in. My impression was that because it was going to be a little more difficult than with a regular sink, he just didn’t really want to do it. And actually if I didn’t mention it, I don’t think he was planning to change any of the drain stoppers that come with the new faucets.
I understand that he ran into complications and some adjustments needed to be made, but a handyman company that charges $ 90/​hour should have the proper tools and training to deal with it. I can’t be the only customer they ever had with a pedestal sink. I was surprised when he told me that he wasn’t even a licensed plumber, and you can basically find a licensed plumber to do the job for the same rate. The worst part of this was that because it took him so long to install the 2^nd faucet, he said that he wouldn’t have time to install the other faucets. It was 4:30 pm in the afternoon and I was his last job, but he still said he wouldn’t be able to install the other faucets and basically just left me hanging. I had made this appt 2 weeks in advance, and I had family from out of town coming to visit in 2 days! I asked him if there is any way someone could come out the next morning, and he said I would need to talk to the office. I called the Case office and it was already closed at 4:30 pm. So I ended up calling a licensed plumber from a different company who came out the next morning and did a great job for a reasonable rate. The biggest disappointment with Case is that they didn’t even have the committment to finish the job that I had schedued 2 weeks in advance. Basically, I found them unreliable, inexperienced, and overpriced and not committed to their customers.
The only reason I didn’t give them only 1 star is I did call them to complain about what happened and they did end up giving me a discount, but only after I called to gripe (they knew they never installed the other faucets, and that it basically took 3.5 hrs to install 2 faucets), and even then they just made excuses saying that you never know how long plumbing jobs will take if they run into complications. For the 2 faucet installations they charged me $ 300.00 after giving me a $ 33 discount. I would not recommend Case, and would not use them in the future.

After spending several months trying to locate a reliable and dependable handyman, along comes this truck down my street with the words «Handyman Services» printed on the side.
I picked up the phone, spoke to Jill in the the office and explained what I needed to get done around my home. Jill was very professional and gave thorough details on how the service works. I especially liked the fact that they bill on a very reasonable hourly basis as opposed to by project.
I made an appointment to get things done as as the song goes, «I’m in a hurry to get things done.» Aaron was the guy who showed up on time and after a brief conversation of what was to be done, he set out to get as much done as possible in the two hour window.
The primary need was to have some caulking done in an upstairs bathroom, which he completed with ease and with care. All of the other projects were on the exterior of my home and Aaron completed all tasks assigned and in the allotted time.
I was very pleased with all aspects of using Case Remodeling and Handyman services and plan to use them again and again. I am also considering using this company for some larger remodeling projects in the near future. I would highly recommend Case remodeling for any and all handyman projects and especially Aaron for his quality work, great communication and thorough understanding on how to get things fixed.
