Soheil and his crew did an amazing job remodeling our bathroom. We had a few contractors bidding. He was one of the first that gave us the proposal. We really liked that he was open minded with our ideas and he had great suggestions. He wasn’t the lowest bidder but his attention to detail won us over. In the past we would go with the a company that had low prices, nothing but a headache. Pay a little more money and do it the right way.

We used Degan Construction for a massive remodel and addition to our house. We had Soheil and his crew take our existing house down to the studs, remove some walls, and add on about 500 Square Feet.
We couldn’t be happier with the end result. Construction projects are never easy, but Soheil and his team do whatever it takes to take the stress away and keep customers satisfied.
One situation that really stands out was when we had to choose tile for our Master Bathroom. We picked a beautiful white marble and brought the sample to Soheil. He had his team go purchase the needed tile and start the installation. Immediately Soheil knew something wasn’t quite right. The tile company we had chosen was using a sample that wasn’t representative of the tiles in the boxes. When the crew opened the boxes and started the install they noticed the tiles didn’t look quite like the sample and were a little darker. Soheil took all the tile back and helped us find an alternative that matched what we were looking for. He then went for another tile run to pick up the new tile and start the work. I was impressed that Soheil knew enough about what we wanted, to know what we picked wasn’t going to work, and to help us find a solution that we are really impressed with.
Along the way his crew constantly helped us find solutions and provided excellent design tips. We had one room in our house that was built as an extension and didn’t meet current code. Soheil called in professionals from his vast network to help us find solutions for how we could bring the room up to code. They essentially provided options A, B, and C with associated pricing. Now that room is a highlight in the house and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg to bring up to code.

If you want a contractor who listens, delivers on commitments, is easy to work with, and provides quality workmanship, then you’ll want to use Soheil and his team. If we ever go through another remodel, we already know who we are calling!

I first was introduced to Deagan Construction’s work when a family member used them to remodel their home. I was very impressed with how the project came out, it wasn’t a question who I would use when it came to remodeling my own condo. Soheil is very patient and detail oriented. Being it was the first time I had ever picked out paint schemes and granite counter tops, I had a ton of questions and concerns on how the finished product would look. Soheil was great about showing me an array of different flooring and counter top samples, I felt like I was able to make an informed decision. He makes great suggestions in rearguards to what will look good together and has not problem going the extra mile to make sure your comfortable with everything before the work is even started. Once the work was started everything went really smooth, work was completed on-​time with exceptional quality. The day I moved in it felt like a brand new home! Everything had been deep cleaned and I could not find a spec to that construction dust that is often found after a remodel. I have been in the house for a month now and I am just as happy as I was the day I moved in with the way thing turned out. Degan Construction will not disappoint!
