We specialize in South Santa Clara County but also do business in Monterey, San Benito, Alameda, Santa Cruz and San Mateo counties.

Wunderlich Realty was founded January 1, 2012. John has been licensed since early 2006 and has held a brokers license since 2009.

Business Owner

John Wunderlich spent 15 years in sales and marketing before getting his real estate license in 2006. Since then John has represented nearly 100 buyers and sellers in successful real estate transactions, many completing two or three with him.

John is very active in his real estate community and has served for four years on the board of directors for the South County Realtors Alliance, including serving as President for 2013.

His style is very hands on — he has no assistant — so when you call you speak to John. He has a strong team of professionals he works with to help you get the best loan, inspections, and to have your escrow handled with care. He can also recommend many great tradesmen and assist with staging to dress your home in its «Sunday best» to net you the highest sales price.

John believes in educating the client so that your purchase or sale doesn’t just happen to you, you are part of the process and feel you were aware and protected long after your transaction close
