Mano, Brian and Dr. Vazquez are an incredible dental team. I’m always nervous about finding a new primary dentist, but they are absolutely the best. They are very professional, yet extremely friendly, personable and informative. I highly recommend Dr. Vazquez + team.

Had an awesome experience her. e I hadn’t been to the dentist since I was in college a few years ago, and was a bit nervous but working with Veronika and her team was breezy.
Veronika and Porscha (her super friendly dental assistant) were as knowledgable as they were friendly. They answered my questions in terms I could understand, and went out of their way to point out things on the xrays and thoughtfully explain them to me.
Had two cavities filled, was done in less than an hour. I had a cleaning done as well – have never seen my teeth looking so white!

I had a great experience here! Mano at the front desk was kind and very helpful in clarifying my insurance questions. I was seen almost immediately after arriving. Dr. Vazquez, Christina, and Porsche were all very efficient, professional, and warm. I feel like their work was very careful and thorough and I was at ease during both my visits. I definitely recommend this office!

Dr. Vazquez, Mano and the rest of her staff are awesome. The office is efficient and organized. All the forms are online and quick to fill out, easy appointment scheduling and I was in and out in 30 minutes to get a cavity filled. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They even send new patients Starbucks giftcards which, of course, sealed the deal for me!

Seeking a new dental office? This is definitely a place to check out. I am a bit OCD about my teeth, and extremely particular about the work that goes into them. I do not just allow anyone to work in my mouth… ya gross. I was made to feel very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The front office staff and support are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the gay rave house type music playing throughout. mmhmm The dental staff are extremely thorough… at moments a little too thorough. HELLO — I need go! However, I did indeed appreciate the length of service and attention to all detail during my first visit. I’ve been told by many that I have impeccable teeth, yet the doctor didn’t seem all that impressed. OK… I see you. No compliments, but that’s OK boo. I know I take care of them. ;) Naturally, the funniest and best person was the hygienist, Brian. Friendly, personable, a riot of a standup comedian. But also very good at what he was doing. #notBiased I would absolutely recommend this dental office to people; in fact I already have. Overall great experience and I am certainly a stickler for great dental offices.

I don’t know where to start. Well, I suppose the start. The front office staff was very friendly and welcoming. The form process was online (what a concept) not in paper. I was seen and seated quite quickly by one of the dentist clinicians who took my X Rays and was very patient and kind (common theme — they’re all kind). Then Dr Vazquez came in, patiently looked at my X Rays and then my mouth itself. She really took her time and was incredibly thorough. Outlined my options and explained EVERYTHING. Then my teeth were thoroughly cleaned by another dental clinician (hygienist?) who could be a stand up comedian.
I couldn’t recommend this place more.

I had an amazing experience here! Dr. Vazquez is an amazing dentist and her assistant Christina is awesome. I went in for a crown prep and the appointment could not have gone any better. Dr. Vazquez is kind, caring and easy going. She does a wonderful job of putting you at ease in the dental chair! She gives you the step by step process as needed so you know what’s going on & my comfort was always a top priority.
I had a cleaning a few weeks ago with Brian as well and he is a fantastic hygienist! I will not go anywhere else! When I go in for a teeth cleaning I like to sit back and try to relax. I’m not into chatting it up and my last dental hygienist was chatty. It was a turnoff. I feel like Brian really senses the type of patient you are & if you’re into silence then he respects your mood.
My fiancé and I are both super happy with Dr. Vazquez and her staff. Their office is beautiful and has cool views of the city, which definitely makes the experience of being in the dental chair more relaxing.
If you need a great dental experience or are feeling fearful of the dentist I recommend Dr. Vazquez. She will put your mind at ease & your time in the chair will feel like nothing!

I’ve had a great experience with the folks at Dr Vazquez’s office. As a transplant to SF I had tons of people refer me to their dentist but I decided it was better to go my own route. I landed with Dr. Max and I couldn’t be any happier. He has great bedside manner and makes it very clear what is going to happen and works to minimize discomfort and makes sure you’re getting the best possible treatment. I’ve also had Dr Vazquez do some work too and she is just as good an just thorough. Besides a team of great dentists Mano at the front made sure all my insurance (which is bizarrely from Delta of WA) and paperwork was correctly processed and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. So great people and great experience. Oh and one of the best parts is the location with great views of Downtown and the Bay! Definitely recommend the quality and professionalism of this office.

I moved the San Francisco a couple months ago and needed to find a new dentist. I found Dr. Vasquez/​Dr. Max on Zocdoc and had 2 very pleasant visits. There was virtually no wait when I arrived both times and the office is very clean with a nice view of the city. Mano, the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. I had some questions about my insurance that he was happy to answer. Christina and Dr. Max are both very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and explain things in detail. I definitely plan on seeing Dr. Max again in the future.

Dr. Vazquez and her team offer some of the best dental care I’ve ever had. They are patient, thorough and kind.
From my first appointment there, I had a much clearer understanding of what was going on with my teeth and jaw. I have soft enamel which is prone to cavities, so I appreciated that they didn’t lecture or shame me about the inevitable cavities.
Dr. Vazquez and Brian were clear and informative, answering each of my questions directly and explaining the next steps necessary to improve my dental health. Honestly, this is the first time in years I haven’t dreaded seeing a dentist!
The excellent views and tastefully decorated office don’t hurt either.

A friend referred my husband here and then my husband referred me. I love how thorough and friendly they all are, specially since I don’t like going to the dentist. Christina is great too! She is very patient and super nice. Brian did an awesome job with the cleaning and Mano is great with scheduling.
So overall a dentist you can trust! I definitely recommend this ;)
Another good thing is that when you go they don’t make you wait. The view is gorgeous from the office.

Friends recommended Dr. Vazquez when I told them that I was in search of a dentist after my doctor of 30 years retired (and I didn’t bond with the new practitioner). They both said they loved her, so… I decided to give her office a call.
Getting an appointment was easy and the receptionist worked with me to verify insurance and other details so I would have to worry about that on the day of the appointment. Great!
When I arrived at the office I felt like I’d joined the modern world. Not that my old dentist’s office was dingy, but this place felt designed to calm and provide care.
There’s a lot of technology going on that my previous dentist hadn’t adopted yet. An electronic new patient questionnaire was new to me, for example. And, the digital x-​rays and sharp photo images of each tooth that Dr. Vazquez both used for the exam AND to explain to me what was going on in my mouth were excellent tools that I hadn’t experienced before.
Importantly, the technology was used as a tool for the staff and me. I never felt like we were serving technology or anything was done to me because the machines wanted it that way.
Every person who worked on me was friendly and looked me in the eye. The dental assistant started off by giving me a road map of my visit so I would know what to expect (xrays, then the doctor would look at them and do an initial assessment of my mouth, then examination for gum health, then the hygienist would do his magic). They were very clear and careful throughout my visit. And, friendly. Did I mention friendly??!
An unexpected plus was that Brian, the hygienist, prefers to work with manual tools and not with the damn Cavitron. He said he’ll use the machine in specific circumstances, but likes the tactile feedback he gets with manual tools and thinks they do a better job anyway.
Their post visit follow-​up is great, too. When making an appointment for some follow-​on work (replacement of a 30-​year-​old amalgam filling) I had some questions that I hadn’t thought to ask the doctor. The receptionist noted my questions, and by the time I had gotten home I had an email telling me what the doctor said about my questions and a confirmation of the new appointments.

It was my very first time to do whitening, and Dr. Vazquez did a wonderful job. She didn’t just make it white, but also made it prettier and more natural. I love it. Just like magic. And Brian did an excellent cleaning. If you want your teeth healthy, you need to go to see Dr. Vazquez & Brian.

I have been going to Dr. Vazquez for just under a year now, and she is best dentist that I have ever visited. She and staff are friendly and dedicated to their work. From first time that you visit, it’s easy to see that they truly care about their patients. Visiting the dentist is not a chore with this team as they make the experience easy, enjoyable, and (almost) therapeutic. Also, the office has great views of downtown SF and good music to keep you company during your visit.

Quick update:
Dr. Vazquez refunded my dental exam charge. This came after emailing her and saying that I would elevate my concerns.
This is fair and appreciated. Yet, I still can’t speak well of how I was treated, and how it appears that her office makes decisions about patients.

Dr Vazquez’ office is very friendly and welcoming but what’s really important to me is that the whole staff is also really proficient at what they do.
From the moment you walk in and get greeted by Mano, their friendly front desk person, till the moment you leave, you feel like you’re visiting fun friends that you haven’t seen in a while. They always make me laugh with their eventful stories!
Dr Vazquez, Christina and Brian are very thorough with their work and always provide encouragement and offer advices on how to maintain my teeth’s health. They also follow up on my treatments which is hard to find in today’s busy society. Another great thing about this place is that it’s not so hard to schedule an appointment without having to wait in queue for weeks. Let me tell you, I’m not an easy patient, but they embraced me with open arms and exceeded all of my expectations.

This might be the coolest dentist office I have ever encountered!
Dr. Vazquez and her staff are nothing but amazing! They made me feel extremely comfortable, and welcomed the moment I set foot in the office. The staff there are top-​notch, and very professional. Give me any doctors office that can make me laugh, and I am sold.
Brian, one of the dental hygienist has been cleaning my teeth for over 4 years now. So when I recently found out that he had changed offices it was only right to follow. If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it.
