Business Owner

Caroline Le, D.D.S. is a graduate of Cornell University and the University of Maryland Dental School. Originally from Maryland, Dr. Le has made San Francisco her home since completing a general practice residency in the city over a decade ago. Her practice emphasizes aesthetic dentistry and preventive care.

She is committed to offering the finest quality dentistry and patient comfort. Her regular attendance at national continuing education seminars allows her to provide the most advanced cosmetic treatment.

Dr. Le regularly volunteers dental services in the community through the San Francisco Health Department. An avid cyclist, skier and traveler, she has volunteered in areas such as Vietnam, where she provided dental care to orphans.

I wish I could give Dr. Le 10 stars! I used to be afraid of going to the dentist, but not with Dr. Le! She totally puts me at ease and I actually enjoy my visits to her office. Myrla and her whole team are extremely warm and friendly, attentive and always on time. They are very gentle when they’re working on you too, which I really appreciate. The view from the office is also gorgeous too.
On top of it all, Dr. Le is just a super cool lady! We spent our last appointment talking about music and Outside Lands, which was awesome. Overall, Dr. Le is the best dentist I’ve ever had and I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for amazing dental care!

I’ve been going to Caroline Le for about a year now and can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone! She and her colleagues are very warm and friendly. The office seems very well-​organized and professional. They never make me feel bad for not flossing enough and they really take their time. Nice office with good views of the city, too. Highly recommended!

Dr. Le and her office are amazing. Myrla calls ahead of time to confirm your appointment and always offers to call for a second reminder. After a bad filling experience with a previous dentist, Dr. Le cured me of my dentist fear. They are pretty spot on with their estimates of what insurance will cover as well and distribute timely refunds when insurance covers more than expected. All in all a fantastic dental practice.

Dr Le, is a great dentist. Ive been seeing her for a number of years. She is always gentle and thorough. Most recently because of an injury — Ive needed extra gentle dental care, and she has delivered. I trust being under her care, and appreciate how they check in with me on how I am feeling during every procedure – whether its cleaning, X-​rays or molds for my nigh guard. I have to add, that her night guards are the best! I tried many before settling on the one Dr. Le provides in her office.

I’ve been going to Caroline for several years now. Caroline and her staff are very friendly; their office is a half block from a parking garage; and most importantly, Caroline is a hell of a dentist. She’s quick, thorough, and painless. I’ll be going to her for as long as she’s still practicing.

Caroline Le is the best San Francisco Dentist (her office is called San Francisco Dental Associates). Super high-​tech equipment compared to my last dentist in sf. You can get the Zoom teeth whitening while watching the America’s Cup Boats! The parking is easy and surprisingly inexpensive at the Stockton Garage in Union Square.

There are so many good things about this dental office, not the least of which are Dr. Le herself (friendly, calm, reassuring, sweet, professional), Myrla (the kind receptionist), the peace of the place (no rushing, and they take their time doing things right the first time), and the stellar views from this Art Deco gem downtown. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now, thanks to Dr. Le.

My girlfriend and I started seeing Dr. Le when we moved to SF 8 years ago. We’ve changed apartments, jobs, gyms, doctors, etc, but have always stayed with Caroline. She and her staff are so friendly and easy to talk to. It really is an enjoyable experience every time. The views are also just ridiculous…

This review is LONG overdue. But here goes…
Whenever a friend or co-​worker needs a dentist, Dr. Le is the only person i recommend! She’s super down-​to-​earth and friendly. Takes her time and has a calm, soft demeanor. I come here for my routine exams, i’ve had my teeth whitened here AND i’ve even had a porcelain crown done, too. I use them for ALL of my dental issues.
Everyone else in the office is so friendly and nice, too. I adore Myrla the front desk gal. It never feels like i’m going to a dentist office here. It truly feels like i’m visiting some pals… well, pals who happen to scrape the plaque off my teeth!

Dr. Le is professional, proficient, friendly, gentle, thorough and has a great char-​side manner. I’ve been seeing her since 2007 and to date every experience has been very positive. The environment is so quiet and for that I’m the most appreciative. Who needs chaos while sitting in the dentist chair. I’ve had some beautiful crowns done by here and they are as good as it gets. And let me not forget to mention her Office Manager — she too is both professional and friendly and thorough in her explanations of process.

Ok. This review comes with a few caveats.
1. I hate going to the doctors (this includes the dentist).
2. It’s been 3 years since my last dentist appointment (dont’ judge, i’ve been busy).
3. I was fully expecting a horrible horrible and, not to mention, expensive experience.
I walked in and it was awesome. nice and clean and everyone seemed really nice. I filled in a little paperwork and it was off to get some xrays. Ok. the xrays weren’t fun– but when are xrays fun? I met the dentist– so cute! Sweet little dentist! She cleaned my teeth– it was awesome! I got little sunglasses so that i didn’t have to look into that awful light. She kept asking me if I was comfortable– when has a dentist asked you that? first time for me! The cleaning didn’t hurt at all– so gentle! Even the filling was super easy! (ps, 1 small cavity in 3 years? i’m awesome!)
So glad I found Dr. Le! She’s inspired me to floss! :)
This is one girl who won’t be dreading their next 6month appointment! See you soon Dr. Le!

I just moved to the city from North Carolina and finding all new doctors and dentists and etc is a pain (as we have all experienced). I merely searched «dentist+sf» and came up with Caroline M Le.
This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office! Unlike other places where the DDS jumps in at the end to tell you to floss more, Caroline was in to chat before, did a pre-​cleaning and came back to chat before I left. Her assistant (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) was incredibly nice and easy on my teeth. In the past I’ve had my teeth and gums cleaned with a heavy hand and this was not unpleasant.
I will look no more, I have found my new dentist.
