History

Established in 2009.

My Sister and I looked for an ideal dental practice in the bay area for over three years until we found Union Square Dental Practice in 2009 which was built by Dr. Aref El Natour in 1992. We loved the practice right away and transition was completed in August ’09. Union Square Dental Practice is a modern, friendly, and fun dental office. We and our staff are working hard everyday to accommodate our patients needs. We communicate with our patients through emails and SMS. We are equipped with digital x-​rays, laser, high end sterilization machines, and patient education. We would like to work closely with our patients, listen to their needs, and provide them with the best dental treatment. We would like our patients to have a full understanding about their mouth and how to maintain their oral health. In our office we would like to see everyone smiles with confidence!

Nazanin H.

Business Owner

Dr. Nazanin Hakim graduated from UCSF School of Dentistry here in San Francisco. She also holds a dental degree from Iran. As a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and San Francisco Dental Society, she has been practicing dentistry in the Bay Area since her graduation from UCSF in 2004. Dr. Nazanin Hakim ranked first among her class in clinical performance at UCSF. She has served as a clinical instructor at UCSF and the University of the Pacific. Following her passion of giving back to the community, she has volunteered for the WHO dental program in San Francisco public kindergartens. She has been active in continuing education programs focusing on Cosmetic Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry and Endodontics. She resides with her husband and two children in San Francisco. Nazanin enjoys spending time with her family, traveling around the world, water sports, playing the piano and cooking.
