As your coach, I will serve as your guide, providing you with resources and encouragement every step of the way. SoulSpectrum Coaching was founded by Allegra Lucas in February 2013. SoulSpectrum Coaching encompasses Allegra’s one-​on-​one coaching practice as well as her quarterly women’s empowerment events.

At SoulSpectrum Coaching, Allegra Lucas provides coaching services to individuals and groups who are focused on improving their quality of life. Allegra is skilled in assisting clients with a variety of life transitions. She specializes in the cultivation of work life balance. In a work driven culture, Allegra believes that there is a distinct need for guidance and support in this area. Our careers often become our whole identities but by nature we are multifaceted and contain many layers.

Allegra Lucas has a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and over ten years of experience providing mental health and coaching services in personal and professional environments. Her approach is solution focused and client centered. Her mission at SoulSpectrum Coaching is to empower individuals to live out their full spectrum of potential, achieving success at work, at play and in love.
