I worked with Cinthia for 12 months and found my personal transformation to be life changing. I had done quite a bit of spiritual & personal development through meditation, years of working with a spiritual mentor, therapy, and men’s work, but often found myself going back to the same limiting beliefs which hindered my growth. I suffered with limiting beliefs which i developed as a child that impacted my self esteem and stopped me from fully going after my goals.
After clarifying my goals, we were able to delve into these limiting beliefs like peeling away layers of an onion. Through Cinthia’s use of NLP practices, we were able to significantly release the hold of these beliefs, replace them with attitudes which were more supportive and give myself the freedom and belief to go after my goals. What I especially liked about the work we did was that there was nothing for me to remember, journal about or do. I just had to be open to the work, and sensitive to the thoughts and memories that the practices would bring up.
The man I was prior to working with her was unsure of himself, self-​judging and suffering from coping behaviors which brought down his self esteem. A year later, I am a man who is fully pursuing my goals, less judgmental and compassionate towards myself, a fervent exerciser who watches what he eats, consistently creative and curious, less socially isolated and more financially minded.

Cinthia Dennis blends her NLP and constellation training to customize her individual and group sessions specifically to the issues being addressed. Whether work, relationships, health, life purpose, Cinthia has a versatility to her coaching practice. She was the first NLP Practitioner I worked with and can’t recommend her enough. Her style is warm, engaging, genuine, and compassionate. One of the rare people in the helping professions who really does want to be of real support to others but without the guru agenda so often seen in many far less equipped.

Cinthia’s meetup workshops are great. In just 3 hours she goes through an NLP exercise designed around a particular theme such as rapport, communication, etc. Her teaching style puts one at ease and gets the group comfortable with one another. She also does individual NLP coaching and is one of the most senior NLP coaches in the Bay Area. Cinthia really knows her stuff! Definitely one of the NLP professionals in San Francisco to check out.

Cinthia is an insightful, professional, compassionate facilitator and practitioner. Her meetup groups are a very reasonably priced way of getting the benefit of her services. I have benefited from the NLP sessions and recommend them. She conducts small groups and is available for private sessions as well. Constellation work is fascinating, too. I have attended four or five of these, and both watched and taken part. Powerful.

Cinthia is skillful in her mastery of NLP. I have shifted patterns in my life with her in just 4 sessions that 3 years of traditional Psychotherapy could not touch. I went to Cinthia for a rapport building workshop she puts on once a month. The workshop was very informative so I decided to go back to her one more time. Participating in the workshop for a second time gave me tools to interact and communicate better with those around me. Then, I did a one on one session with her and she helped me deal with some fears at work. She gave me tools to use, such as anchoring, to get into a safe space when I needed to go there. It has been very interesting work and I do look forward to seeing what else I discover about myself as she supports me through my journey. Over all I enjoy her compassion toward humanity, her awesome spirit and her energy. If you’re looking to build stronger relationships with people around you I recommend coming to Cinthia’s rapport workshop. However, if you need something that goes in deeper, Cinthia is the person to coach you right through what ever it is your dealing with.
