Dr. Sean is amazing. I was scared of chiropractors until I tried coming to Sean. After years of forearm and neck problems I came to see him. I was getting migraines and nausea and could not handle it any more.
He very thoroughly explained how the exam/​adjustment would be performed, and was constantly cognizant of my concerns and made me feel very comfortable and prepared.
No lie, the forearm adjustments can be a little intense, but not unbeatable. Afterwards, I feel amazing.
His staff is exceptional, they have a lovely little tea set up, and the business seems to be growing. You will not meet a nicer, more professional, or better chiropractor around.

I first starting seeing Sean after I injured my back.
Before seeing Sean, I had never been to a chiropractor, and to be honest, I was a little hesitant to go to a chiropractor because I didn’t really understand how it all worked, and I was pretty nervous about the whole thing. But at the time I was in so much pain, I had to put my qualms aside and go get help.
Sean immediately put me at ease, both with his personality and his ability to explain how chiropractic works. Before doing anything to my body, Sean explains exactly what he’s going to do, so there are no surprises. My back recovered quickly and I’ve been able to run without pain ever since, thanks to Sean’s hands-​on help and practical advice.
The thing I like most about Sean is that he places most of his focus on helping you stay OUT of his office, by giving you simple stretches and exercises you can do at home to prevent future injury.

I’m more of a lurker than a review-​writer, but every once in a while I’m motivated to do so… (He didn’t ask/​suggest it.)
My old chiropractor moved away and I’ve tried to find a new one I like (to no avail), and Sean O’Grady was recommended to me by a friend who said he worked miracles with her shoulder. I just had my first visit for back and neck issues, and he is AMAZING! I’ve never had such a thorough, holistic intake session with any doctor, never mind a chiropractor. He listens, observes, asks, explains, tests, feels, and thinks. He takes into account your whole system, from nerves to hormones to muscles to bones to how you sleep, and how they all interact with each other. He wants to get to the bottom of things. Not only did I feel like he cared, but I also feel I got a graduate seminar in anatomy and physiology. He gave me a number of adjustments and explained exactly what he would do and why before each one. He is not only clearly well educated and curious, but also has The Touch. And he is calming and nice to boot!

When I first dropped in and met Dr Sean O’Grady, I had done tons of research on chiropractic care and was looking for a holistic practitioner to trust with my delicate postpartum body. I needed someone to help me with the postural problems that had emerged since I gave birth to my first baby, and the attendant pain thereof.
I can’t complain about the birthing of my son, who arrived in about 10 hours of natural, drug-​free labor without complications. But for months afterwards, my body just didn’t feel «right».
I initially chalked the un-​right-​ness up to lack of abdominal and back strength — besides, I thought, everybody has back and hip pain after delivering a baby, right? — and dove into exercise.
But my back pain didn’t resolve, and my hips and legs just felt weird all the time. When I caught a glimpse of my hips and waist in the mirror, and I saw that the bones of hips were actually sitting asymmetrically, that’s when I knew I needed some special help.
Within just a few visits with Dr Sean, my hips were back in alignment and I was standing straight again. His exercise suggestions were spot-​on, and following them definitely helped make his sessions more worthwhile. Spinal and neck alignments with Dr Sean have always been easy to relax into, as he always makes sure to talk you through the procedure.
Dr Sean is very attuned to his clients’ unique circumstances and puts great care into aligning his treatments and his «homework» expectations with his patients. He’s very much NOT the «back cracker», and there’s always ample time to talk through your biomechanical issues and the stresses you put on yourself in your day-​to-​day life (e.g. walking around with a baby strapped to your chest for 5 hours a day).
Oh, bonus: best iPod tracks I’ve ever heard in an office.

Dr. Sean is incredibly thorough and I am always impressed by his willingness to help others. As a fellow colleague I appreciate the fact that there are still Dr.‘s out there like Dr. Sean that will go the extra mile to help. Thank you Dr. Sean for your dedication and commitment to helping others!

In my past experience, I’ve typically gone to a chiropractor solely for back pain. With Dr. Sean’s help, I’m quickly learning the breadth and scope of chiropractics. A life-​long sufferer of migraine headaches, I came to Sean to help me prevent their onset.
Sean is extremely knowledgeable and holistic. He went above and beyond to help me find answers, and created a program specific for my needs. In addition to my headaches, Sean has also helped with intermittent back pain and general woes of being an active person. He is curious, kind and compassionate. A true pleasure to visit (not what I usually say about going to any kind of health professional!!!)

Only good thing i can say about Dr. Sean
I walk in to the clinic with a terrible back pain and he listen to me very patience, them i ask him how much he charge and was to expensive for me and he come out with a plan to make it affordable to me, i was so happy :)…after the fisical examination he explain to me in a very easy way what i have (not complicate words), so after my back was readjust i walk out the clinic soooo much better, now we are working on my feet and i come every two weeks.
i wish that every doctor be like Dr.Sean.
