Wow. My fiancé and I were already big fans of Local Mission Eatery and Locals Corner, so we asked Local Mission to cater our wedding. The food was creative, seasonal, and perfect for the occasion. One thing that stood out for me even more so, was a very thoughtful gesture by one of their servers. As my wife and I were just about to join all of our guests, he presented us with with a plate featuring two of each of the hors d’ovures. «There’s a good chance you’ll forget to eat once you see everyone» he said, «So I’ve made you your own plate. It’s OK to slow down and take care of your selves first.» We did and it was delicious. Everything was delicious. Weeks and even months later people even asked us to find the recipes for dishes served at our wedding. Who ever remembers specific dishes from a wedding? Jake and Yaron have a passion for food and service that was palpable from our first tasting to the final course. I can not recommend Local Mission highly enough.
