I am so impressed with how accommodating, thorough and patient Greg is. He took the time to show me everything, offered to come back to do additional steaking, he was super responsive via phone and email, showed up as promised and sent me the survey results when he said he would. He is a pleasure to work with; a super nice guy. I am a general contractor and have used other surveyors in the past, but they did not compare to the level of service and detail I got working with Greg. I will definitely use his services on future projects.

I was incredibly impressed by Greg’s attention to detail, professionalism, helpfulness and personable nature. After 7 years of uncertainty stuck in SF’s byzantine condo lottery system, the city created the Expedited Conversion Program. Thanks to Greg, we managed to become the first building in SF to convert under this new program. Greg worked over the weekend to ensure we had our final documents in order before the critical holiday break.

I have been super-​impressed with how Greg recently conducted a boundary survey for myself and a neighbor. He was amazingly responsive and helpful at each point in the process, showed up when he promised and explained and responded to questions in detail. I’m not sure when I would need a surveyor again myself, but I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. He is a consummate professional.

I can’t say enough about Greg, his attention to detail, customer service, timeliness and services. We needed a surveyor for our condo-​conversion project and scheduled Greg to do the mapping– He arrived on time on the day of the appointment (Note-​he was super easy to work with, friendly, easy going) and then when it came to the work, he was efficient and very detail oriented. He clearly takes his job very seriously and pays attention to all the details and completes his tasks with a professional yet easy-​going mannerism that is so refreshing.
Oh, and his quote and services were in line or slightly below some of the other surveyors that we contacted. If you need surveying services, use Greg, you won’t regret it.

FEMA recently revised the Flood Maps, which placed my property and the property of many people in South San Francisco directly in a flood zone. We were informed by our home loan agencies that flood insurance had to be purchased. If we did not purchase the flood insurance ourselves, our banks would purchase it for us and add it on to our home loan (mortgage).
In order to remove our property from the flood zone, we were told (by FEMA) that we had to have an elevation survey completed by a licensed surveyor. As a result of this, I called many licensed surveyors over a period of about 2 – 3 weeks… all of the surveyors I talked to on the telephone were either rude, unavailable, or flat-​out not interested in helping us in South San Francisco EXCEPT Greg Ippolito. Greg was exceptionally flexible with me (and my neighbors) and actually agreed to decrease the cost of our elevation survey.
Greg has integrity — and demonstrated this in various ways. I am grateful to have found such an honest and hardworking person. I recommend him highly!

Back when I worked in the Real Estate industry, I was seeking Surveyors for my resource list on my business website. Foresight was referred to me by a trusted friend and, as it turns out, it was a stellar referral. A client called up and reached Greg at Foresight; Greg was responsive, professional and timely with his survey. Given that referrals mean everything in Real Estate, when a client calls and informs you that they had a great experience with a vendor on your resource list, you know that client is returning.
Since I didn’t have personal experience with Foresight myself, I called Greg to thank him for a great job, and I found him to be incredibly friendly and knowledgeable– AND he works all over the bay (handy).
I no longer work in the industry, but when friends contact me for advice, Greg at Foresight is at the top of my list of land surveyors.
