I first had a consultation with Mirsada, and then proceeded to have a facial done. She is very knowledgeable about different skin types. As two of us went in for a consultation, she described each of our skin types and how she would treat it accordingly. A lot of her dietary advice, although simple, makes a huge impact and is backed up by what many other doctors advise, who do more natural products to help heal or cure problems. As she tells her customers, the facials and regimen go hand in hand and are each just as important. So I decided to buy all the products to follow the regimen, and I can really vouch that every dollar spent here is very well worth it. The natural products that Mirsada sells are great as you don’t have to worry about what brand you are using and what chemicals you are putting on your face.

Do you know what are you saying? Firstly, you didn’t do any treatment to me, you son did. You never saw me, how can you say that my face was red? And it wasn’t red at all! We used microdermabrasion to cleen my face from the scars after acne. It didn’t help at all. Who does microdermabrasion on fresh acne? Nobody. We concentrated on scars, since it’s microdermabrasion. Don’t fake it till you make it!

First things first: I had awful acne as a teenager. As in, I was on Differin gel, various pills, Retin-​A, and all the other acne medications you can think of under the sun. The acne resurfaced in my early twenties, to my dismay. And while it’s calmed down since, there were residual symptoms, i.e. recurring blackheads all over my forehead.
I went in to see Elvis and he recommended a three facials in close succession. The result after three facials was amazing. It was like he had lifted the bumpy, blackhead-​prone coarse layer on the top off my face, and revealed new skin beneath.
I’ve since left San Francisco but I still buy my products from Elvis. Once, I ran out of Elvis’s skin care products and I switched back to my old neutrogena routine… big mistake! My face broke out immediately. I knew then that their products are the real thing, even though I don’t quite know what ingredients are in them. Which brings me to some weak points/​suggestions for improvement.
Elvis and Mirsada run this place as small business owners, which means there are some aspects of it that maybe could use some more streamlining:
— biggest downfall is that their products are rarely labelled. I bought a whole line of products from Elvis. Maybe two or three bottles were not labelled, and I’ve just never used them as a result. Contacting them to describe and ask what each bottle is, then writing down instructions, was possible… but just incredibly inconvenient. Supposedly, all the products’ descriptions are listed online (along with instructions for use), but I did not find this to be the case when I first bought the products back in September 2015. As a business, they could certainly stand to improve by not only making sure to label each product with the product name and instructions (at the very least). Ingredients would also be nice to know.
— communication with clients. Instead of texting with clients (sometimes on weekends about promotions… which happened to me, and which was a bit obtrusive, in my opinion!), I suggest another alternative like email (!) or even setting up a system online on the website. I have no other way of contacting them besides by calling or texting. As I already mentioned, email would have been a nice option.

I left work early just to drive here and make it on time. I am from Santa Clara and wanted to get out of my comfort zone and try a place in SF which I read reviews before of course.
I told Mirsada I was a college student, I don’t make much but I am willing to spend some to get better skin because I had horrible skin at the time. She was really sweet, we shared some interest. I honestly don’t feel this is worth stopping by. Her advice was helpful but it’s definitely something I’ve seen online many times since I’ve done acne research myself, I didn’t really have to pay to hear it which unfortunately I did.
I agree with the other low reviews that this place is way too expensive. I found out my acne was hormonal and that I had a high testosterone from getting off birth control. I got it handled, I eat what I want, I use Dermalogica products that are a little pricey but worth it and showed more improvement for my skin than anything else, I am 100% clear now. Everyone’s skin is different, I tried the green scrub Mirsada gave me as a sample and it only irritated my skin. I’m glad I trusted my intuition and didn’t buy the products she suggested I should purchase, only the healthy stuff at whole foods but it didn’t make a huge difference since like I said, I just had a high testosterone and broke out horribly but got it fixed with some natural estrogen balance pills I ordered off amazon. Do your research !

Mirsada has been my aesthetician since 2005. She’s the best and her products are unlike any other in the world. I’ve been an account manager for 50 salons and spas and her work is the highest quality I’ve ever experienced. Her extractions are thorough and her process is refined because she knows how to prepare the skin and uses the right combinations of products at the right time. I’ve had awful break outs and her treatment cleared it up and without scars. I highly recommend her to anyone who cares about their skin and wants to maintain good youthful clear skin!

Elvis knows skin so well. I am over 45 and have large pores and occasional cystic acne. Elvis knows how to deal with it all. He also makes his own product that has done wonders for my skin. The sage scrub is amazing. I’ve been to facial places since I was a teen Agee and have really high standards, most places slap a bunch of masks in you and call it a facial. This is about getting the healthiest and clearest skin possible.

I am so happy I found this place! My regular dermatologist was booked until February and I needed a facial asap. I looked for a place that did European style facials and found Skin Solution SF. Elvis first had a good look at my skin and recommended what type of facial to do. He paid a lot of attention and gave me tons of useful advice. I got a lot of free samples (they are amazing!) and my skin is glowing now. The facial lasted for 2.5h and Elvis made sure he took care of everything he saw on my face. I absolutely LOVE what Elvis did for my skin. My skin has never looked so great! From his treatments to his products to the knowledge you learn — I had such a great experience with him. I have been going to Mirsada and buying her products for 6 years and I couldn’t imagine my life without her. She is not only an esthetician, but a nutrition coach, a chemist, and a spiritual leader. Her products are made from the earth and are more effective than any other product I have ever used. Im actually moving to NY and will have her ship the product to me out there because I will never go back to other products. The thing about Mirsada is that she really cares, but you have to put in the work! I always have my phone out taking notes because I want to absorb as much of her wisdom as possible… whether it be a bone marrow soup recipe, a new product she discovered to add into your regimen, or the best hot springs for healing. Mirsada is the real deal.

I contacted Skin Solutions based on favorable reviews to treat my 14 year old adopted daughter’s acne and especially to remove the whiteheads on her forehead. Elvis assured me that they would do a thorough extraction and they were specialists in treating acne. I did not make an appointment because I told him I was a single mother and was concerned about spending $ 180 on a facial for a child. He took the initiative to call back several days to convince me that it was important I go to him to get great results.
When we went to get the facial, it was obvious to the naked eye that he had extracted very few whiteheads etc because there were conspicuous bumps on my child’s forehead. He told me he had another appointment and that the impactions would ”fall off ”. This was not true and did not happen. He insisting on getting cash [ including following me to an ATM machine] and insisted on getting additional money for ”medicine” he said was essential.
I called him after several weeks to tell him my daughter’s skin looked terrible but he did not even offer to complete his patchy job.
Avoid these dishonest people like the plague !!!

Elvis, is the primary facialist at Skin Solutions SF. In short, he is professional, clean, and more than anything he genuinely cares. He is precise. He is world class. He will make you laugh. He wants your skin to get better. And, he will work tirelessly to give you the facial TLC that YOU need.
When I first met Elvis about a year ago, I had just graduated college and was a transplant in San Francisco from Los Angeles. Unsurprisingly, with all the stress of moving and starting a new job at a fast paced tech firm, my acne began to flare. After reading the Unilocal comments about Skin Solutions SF, I decided to try Elvis because he was Eastern European, like my old facialist from LA, and Eastern European facials have a renowned reputation for improving acne prone skin.
I realize this sounds like an infomercial, but after 2 — 3 facials, the results really were surprising. My skin looked amazing and reacted perfectly to a combination of the Vienna facial and Regular Acne facial that include light Microdermobrasin, a salycidic acne peel, and light therapy.
Something to take note of, is that a large part of the success of Elvis’s skin practice is his range of 100% organic products. My favorites being what I like to call «green goop.» However, I really should be referring to it as «Green Magic.» And also, the yellow healing crème.
As Elvis likes to say, the green goop (magic) is like a «Mini Morning Facial.» A daily facial scrub, the green concoction is 100% organic and hand made in small batches by Elvis’s mother Marsala who is also a practicing facialist in the office. Leave it on your skin for 2 – 3 minutes in the morning, scrub it off, and not only does it help make your facial last longer, but is is also very refreshing.
At the end of your facial, Elvis will cover your face in «the yellow healing crème.» When you wake up the next morning, you will understand why it is one of my favorites. The crème is not very greasy, full of Vitamin E, and imperative for the days following your facial when your skin is still healing and red. This is also a must buy to substitute in your daily skin care routine as a night crème. I use it every night.

After going on an IUD and getting lazy about coming into the office to see Elvis (because he had already made my skin so much significantly better!), my skin began to dull and fade. The previous glow that I would marvel at in my Instagram photos, had dissipated. And, I also started developing massive welts on my face that were the size of marbles.
When I walked into Elvis’s office after the welts had developed, I was crying and really just sad. How could I not be more in control of something that had been impacting my life for over 5 years. I’m 25! How is this still happening!!!
Never, in any amount of words or any number of Unilocal comments can I express how comforting it was to know that Elvis was there to help. When he examined the large lumps and the scars I had developed from endless nightly picking and popping, he told me point blank -«We can fix this.» Elvis put me on a weekly facial régime, consulted me on adopting a more healthy diet, and built a customized skin solution targeted at minimizing the welts. When I told him I couldn’t afford a weekly «mini-​facial» he worked a deal that fit into my budget. As well, he would schedule facials that fit best into my busy work schedule, sometime even arranging a facial at 9PM on a Friday night!
Now, I can honestly say, that I am almost 100% blemish free and my welts have completely disappeared. Elvis is now transitioning me into the next phase of my treatment that is customized for removing my old scars and improving my complexion with more focus on Microdermobrasin or as he likes to call it «The Fountain of Youth.»
In the end, all that I have to say really is, thank you. Thank you Elvis, for everything. I can’t express to you how meaningful you and your practice are to me. I cannot tell you how many stories from our sessions I have told to my friends and family and how many times I have laughed about «snake acne» with my roommate. When I leave your office after a treatment I always feel more revitalized than I did when I first went in.

I have cystic acne that doesn’t really look too bad at first glance but is actually quite pesky and difficult to treat because the problem is deep in the skin, thanks to genetics. I’ve had chemical peels in the past, but I was treated at clinics who only had a topical understanding of acne; no one really addressed my cysts. Until now!
This clinic really does makes acne their life. You can tell that they are committed to clearing your skin and are very thorough/​honest about what your skin needs to improve. I’ve mostly been treated by Elvis, who is a very sweet person and super knowledgeable. Mirsada assisted with my back treatment, and her deep knowledge impressed me. I put my faith in these people and have seen the rewards thus far.
Initial consultation: I was asked to bring in all products that I use on my skin including makeup. Elvis helped me separate the good from the bad, and then talked to me about the causes of acne and what foods to avoid in order to prevent acne. He also suggested what vitamins, herbal supplements to take as well as gave recommendations on foods to buy and documentaries to watch (finally got around to seeing «Food, Inc.» haha). We closed the appointment with a trip to Whole Foods (2 blocks from the clinic), where Elvis showed me what foods, teas, and vitamins he recommended I take on as part of my diet plan. When we both remarked on how much we liked a particular brand of coconut water, he even spotted me a bottle!
I will say that, for the most part, I changed my diet accordingly, and that has not only benefited my skin but has improved my overall health and energy levels. I haven’t been a saint, though; I’ll allow for certain food «transgressions» because there are certain things that are hard to give up.
Elvis is pretty flexible with scheduling appointments; the first appointment, including consultation, lasted three and a half hours (including trip to Whole Foods); subsequent treatments lasted 2 hours. Elvis is very thorough. Some parts of the treatment were uncomfortable, such as the extractions and peel, but Elvis does his best to make you feel comfortable. He even uses a hand fan to cool you down as the peel burns, lol. Also, Elvis encouraged me to text him if I ever had any questions. I sent him Amazon links to high frequency systems I was interested in buying and he was nice enough to suggest which ones were worth purchasing.
Yes, the prices can be intimidating at first, but if you take note of all the services included in one treatment, I would say you’re getting a pretty sweet deal. In the past, I went to 2 other providers for the VIPeel and for other chemical peels, paying about $ 300 – 350 each time at two different clinics. According to the deals I see for different clinics on Groupon, microdermabrasion is roughly $ 80 in the city. My first treatment with Elvis cost $ 280, and it included a peel, herbal mask, sage scrub, extractions (no more cysts!), microdermabrasion, and finished with a Vienna and high frequency treatment. So yeah, a really great deal. And, every time I came back, I got the same treatment for a hundred bucks less at $ 180 :)
I also got a back treatment that has been working magically so far. It cost $ 220, and includes everything mentioned above. So, still a good deal.
The products might seem expensive as well, but keep in mind that they are mostly natural, made in-​house or sourced from specialized European providers. I am personally a big fan of the sage cleanser, herbal toner, herbal mask, yellow healing cream, and exfoliating pads. I find the milk cleanser to be very soothing. I also like that I was given a small sample of peel in order to treat problem spots for the time leading up to my next treatment. I didn’t buy the moisturizer, though. Elvis told me to get some 100% aloe vera instead, and that has worked well for me so far.
Mirsada and Elvis are the only skin care professionals that properly addressed my cystic acne instead of just suggesting I take oral antibiotics. They extracted any cysts that were ready to be extracted, which made me so happy because I thought I would’ve had to go to a dermatologist for cortisone shots, which can be very expensive.
These guys have changed my life. Stick with this place and you will see improvement for sure!

By far the best facial I have ever had, by far the best in SF without the fluff. I was alarmed at the price at first, but it’s worth it to me now after experiencing how thorough they are — Elvis nor Mersada will rest or let your skin go until they absolutely get the job done this facial was longer than advertised because they wanted to make sure I was happy. I will also agree with the others here — they will discuss diet so you have to come open minded or don’t bother. The sage scrub feels like silky herb pesto, not harsh at all and the cleansing milk is creamy smells like you can eat it which I love, yup feeding your face the good stuff. Ultimately worth the 5 star hype!

I saw Elvis last year for at least three treatments in addition to the initial eval.
Products: no ingredients listed and expensive. They run out very quickly. The scrub and herbal powder you mix with the night cleanser are rough on your face. With my new regimen I don’t need to scrub at all and my face is less irritated.
Facials: relaxing but very expensive. Extractions were gentle and minimal. I did get a scar/​mark one time but it went away after a couple of weeks. They charge alot for microdermabrasion but it is over in less than 2 minutes. I was left with the mask on for way too long, longer than stated. The facials didn’t last as long as advertised. So I often wondered why they were so expensive.
Advice: unable to follow the rigorous diet and lifestyle suggestions. Although it was good info to have.
Customer service and business: nice and friendly, informative, cash only which is very strange to me for this modern day, products unprofessionally packaged/​no ingredients listed. I wonder why cash only and no ingredients? Makes it feel kind of shady and unprofessional. For that much money I want the ingredients listed on the product and to be able to pay with a credit card.
Overall: 3 stars because for the average person this regimen is too expensive. I make decent money and even for me it is too much. I have found another acne clinic whose products are half as expensive and last much longer, and the facials are effective and ¹⁄₃ the price.
I think Elvis is a nice person and they believe in what they are doing but I think you can find a better deal elsewhere.

They also did not describe my skin as difficult either.
I think your system might be great for the wealthy but the truth is there are cheaper and equally if not more effective alternatives out there

I came to Elvis when I had to make a change in medication that resulted in some major skin challenges over the last 6 months. His enthusiasm for working on acned skin and his empathy for people who are working through it is truly unparalleled. He is generous with his time and advice, in a way you would never expect from someone just treating you professionally.
His level of commitment, and expectation for level of commitment from you, can be intimidating at first. He’s unconventional in that way. But if you can be honest and straightforward about your comfort level, he listens and it’s very rewarding. The prices may also be intimidating, but I’ve never experienced treatment so gentle, thorough, and effective. It’s worth it. Thanks Elvis and looking forward to seeing you again soon.

I have been going to this place for several months now (since August) and let me tell you, Elvis is a gentle and soft-​spoken man. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions about my acne problem. He told me about the causes of acne: hormonal imbalance, stress, toxic foods that we put into our body, birth control pills and so on.
He also told me the steps on what he needed to do in order to control my break out. As a first timer to a dermatologist, I was very skeptical (which was only natural) with getting acne treatment from someone who I found through Unilocal reviews.
Anyways, he cleared my skin in a matter of few weeks by following his tips on advice from the first step to the past. He even accompanied
Whole Foods grocery market to show me what food to get and what not. Also, his products are magic and very effective! Plus ALL NATURAL which was beneficial to my face because my skin is very sensitive.
Elvis earned my trust, loyalty and respect as a client because of his sincerity and generosity not to mention his amazing products that are effective and natural. So if you think you’ve lost hope in finding the right dermatologist to help clear your acne problems, look no more because Elvis Delon is the man! ^_^

This place is not for me. A one size fits all skin regimen and coaching to eat an alkaline diet ($ 65 to be told what to eat… WHAT…most places give this advice and coaching for free as part of the service.). I was told I could not use any of my existing products. Bummer! However, when looking at my products Elvis was very interested in the ingredients of one of my natural facial cleaners, which made me think it was something I could still use. I was told I had to buy the entire skin care line ($ 700+) and get a skin treatment ever couple weeks ($ 300+). The skin treatment was definitely not worth the price. Also, they only accept cash. Be ready for multiple trips to the bank.
This was not what I was looking for at all. I wanted someone to help me understand the products I was using as well as incorporate new products when necessary. Also, I wanted someone to consult me about the improvements I was looking to make on my skin. Instead I was told, this is what works for everyone else, so it will work for you too.
I have since found a new skin care clinic that I love. She is helping me incorporate her product line into my existing products. I brought in some of the products from Skin Solution SF and she told me to never use products that don’t list the ingredients. She did have an idea of what was in the products and has helped me design a skin regimen that fits my specific needs. Not to mention, it’s $ 330 for 4 treatments, which are much more educational and consultative.

If you’re looking to have the skin of your dreams you have come to the right place! Elvis, his natural potions, and lifestyle advice have changed my skin and I couldn’t be happier!
I Unilocal searched acne solutions in early 2014 and saw Skin Solutions had a ton of positive feedback– so I gave it a try. It was very easy to set up an appointment and Elvis is one of the kindest souls I’ve met! I was so bummed that my skin had taken a turn for the worse at 31, and it was tough to take off my makeup and let Elvis see the horror my red irritated skin has become, but he cares so much about people and helping them that I just surrendered and let him do his thing.
The acne facial is very involved, and of course the extractions hurt, but mostly it’s relaxing. All the products smell so good and you can tell they are all natural and good for you. It’s really amazing! Then you get your little «to go» potions and lots of directions on how to care for your skin at home. I also got advice on what not to eat and drink… Which was tough to hear at first… But I followed the advice and my skin is seriously radiant!
I went through years of always having a big, painful pimple on my face. It was really depressing to me and I couldn’t figure out why! I’m so glad I didn’t settle and found someone who knows so much about clearing up problem skin!
The thing is all this skin saving is not free. But it works and your not throwing your money away on products and people who are damaging your skin! I had bought so many fancy products from and it all got me was scars (that Elvis is making disappear) and now I can leave the house with out makeup! I never thought that would be possible but I had always dreamed about it!
Save some cash, go see Elvis, and love your face. Trust me it is the best thing you will do!
