Tacos MP

I hired Tacos MP to cater my son’s first birthday. I had approximately 35 people RSVP and thought about the amount of effort it would take for me to put together enough food for that many people without destroying my kitchen and breaking the bank to do it. If you’re hosting a party, think of a reasonable price limit for each person if they were dining out… So 10 – 15 $ per-​mouth is more than reasonable, if you’re not trying to be cheap.
What drew me to Tacos MP wasn’t just the great reviews on Unilocal,but the video tutorials on YouTube and their mission statement as well. Tacos MP boasts quality and taste at an affordable price, fully catered and served at whatever location you choose.
The whole set up takes up about a 10×10 area and needs about an hour to be up and grilling when they arrive. The quality of the meat is absolutely top notch, with the seafood, chicken and steak being succulent and flavorful with no gristle to be found. It’s expertly grilled and served with some of the best home made salsas I have ever tasted in my life (the mango habanero salsa being my favorite by far.)
Everything is handmade and delicious and every person at my party was happier having had a Tacos MP experience. Marco, the founder and owner, works the grill and brings an authentic experience to it all as well. He is passionate about what he does and welcomes feedback as he moves forward with his business.
This is a veteran run and owned company. I will definitely be hiring Tacos MP to do events for me in the future.

In the words of Akinyele– «Just put it in my mouth,» again and again. Oh where do I start with this Mexican Ambrosia… Starting from the beginning we were 3 weeks away from a Sunday afternoon remembrance of my late Grandma Carol when we had decided to have a fun lively gathering to reflect on her life with her life over tacos and margaritas. After being tipped off from a friend of the «best tacos in all of the land» we gave Marco Panganiba a call and was delighted to find he was available on said day. Prices were reasonable and all sounded both professional and delicious. Fast forwarding to day of Marco and his crew were on time and quick to set up. They had a great buffet style line under a popup tent with vibrant and festive colors and serving dishes. Then the mesquite started to burn and it was hard to pay attention to the eulogy with the aroma of chargrilled Carne Asada filling the air. I will just fast forward to the moment of pure bliss as I watched a dozen doves released into the air as I bit into a surf and turf taco! Grandma would have been so happy! By the end of the event, both condolences for grandma and praise for the tacos came pouring in. Marco and his crew were very prompt to take down and roll out. I loved t and would highly recommend them to anyone! PS… Actually homemade horchata is to die for!!!

I don’t think there’s enough space allotted for me to say all the things I need to say. I’m completely amazed by the set up, service, food, personalities, and clean up provided by Marco and his team. Marco is completely professional, respectful, courteous, and kind. Marco’s wife and team are very sweet and accommodating.
Let’s start from the beginning. I tried to hire Tacos MP last year, but they were booked. This year I was determined to hire them. Why? Because they offer all natural, non-​GMO products. They offer homemade tortillas and Mexican waters or horchata. I’m a sucker for homemade and natural ingredients.
The moment they arrived to my home, the team was hard at work. They had signs on all the salsas and sides, they had a nice glass jar for the horchata, and everything was very clean and neat. I wish I had taken pictures, but I didn’t have time. They had nice black table cloths on their tables. I was so busy running around that I didn’t get to eat right away… I wish I had eaten more! All I could hear were my guests saying how amazing the food was. Some comments were, «that was bomb», «That was different, but in an amazing way», «OMG where did you find them», and «do you have leftovers cuz we’re coming over tomorrow». I finally got to get some food and Marco prepared me a shrimp and fried/​crispy cheese taco. I was blown away by all the flavors in that taco! I added mango habanero salsa and it was over the top! The whole time my guests were talking about the food and actually went back for third and fourth servings. The beans were delicious and the rice had corn and was fluffy and flavorful.
I got plenty of leftovers and am looking forward to eating more! I’m pescatarian (mostly vegetarian) so i did not try the carne and pollo asado, but everyone loved it and it smelled to die for! Almost wanted to eat some too! The horchata was made with almond milk and tasted heavenly! I do not like horchata at all, but I like the way they made theirs. They also offered quesadillas for the kids, which was great because my little birthday boy is vegetarian.
At the end of the evening they even hosed down and cleaned my cement. I told them that was not necessary, but they insisted by saying that is part of the deal. I was amazed by that comment.
It’s clear to me that Tacos MP is the epitome of professionalism, customer service, and quality. Their prices are higher than most, but they’re worth every dime! If you want amazing food with stellar service then Tacos MP are the right fit for you. I look forward to hiring them again. Thank you so much for making Julian’s party nothing short of amazing!

We just had Tacos MP host a party we held at our home last night. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Marco and his team!
As we were working together when coordinating the event, Marco was always very responsive and helpful.
Our guests were so impressed, as were we. The presentation is nothing short of beautiful and professional. Everything ran smoothly. The food was INCREDIBLE. Seriously — we had friends texting us this morning telling us they had dreams about those tacos!
After everyone was stuffed, Marco filled up some tupperware for us with leftovers (incredible the next day, too). They cleaned up all of their own trash and even hosed down the patio where they were working, as if they were never there.
This is my perfect idea of how a catering company should work. And I’m so glad I read the Unilocal reviews — they absolutely reflect our experience as well. Nice job, Marco! And thanks for making our party such a success!

Marco and his team did such a great job at a 65 person event we hosted this weekend. (Coed baby shower).
They showed up early, were super self sufficient & had a great, professional set up as far as equipment & display go. And on top of that their food was delicious! (You definitely have to try their signature quesotaco.)
Plus their price was one of the best we were quoted and you get so much more, everything is up front and all inclusive.
All in all professional, friendly and great food. You will be happy to have them at your event.

Exceptional service and very friendly, prompt, and professional staff! I used Tacos MP to cater my graduation party of 75 people and the prices were very fair and the food was delicious! I especially loved the shrimp tacos and freshly pressed tortillas. The food was authentic and everyone at the party was raving about how good it was. Thanks for making my party such a success Marco! I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family in the future.

Marco and his team were very professional and the food was amazing. They were one time to setup and had the food hot and ready. I hired Marco from Tacos MP based on the Unilocal reviews and the professionalism he showed. The food was absolutely perfect. Fresh hand made tortillas, salsas, organic beef and chicken. I probably ate 8 tacos myself they were soo good. I have used several other taco cart style catering companies in the past but Tacos MP will be my definite GO TO from now on.
The signature queso taco is the best! Thanks to Marco and his team. The guests at my Daughters baby shower could not stop complimenting on how good the food was.

Booked Tacos MP for my sons 1^st birthday and they did an awesome job. They got there early and stayed later to accommodate us breaking the piñata. It was a great experience from beginning to end. It’s not your typical two person setup with one tiny grill, they had the whole show with a tent, tables, trash can, ice chest (for the horchata) EVERYTHING. The tacos were delicious and the salsa bar was awesome.
The tortillas were hand made so it takes a little longer but my guests appreciated the authenticity of their style, everything fresh.

Tacos MP made my party! I hired them to cater a party I was throwing, I wanted my friends from Miami to experience real fresh Mexican food and not mass produced and the caterer Marco didn’t disappoint! He provided fresh authentic salsas with a new age twist. His tortas were the best I ever had, as a Cuban-​American I didn’t want to venture off the basic Mexican fare of tacos, burritos, enchiladas but he assured me that I would love tortas and he didn’t disappoint, I am only disappointed by being spoiled at other tortas that I have tried since. Caterers were professional, lively and humorous, it’s like having a friend cooking for your crew.
I would highly recommend this carterer to ANYONE looking for REAL GOOD, FRESH Mexican food! Marco was the BEST! I will be calling them again soon for my superbowl party.

The owner is a nice guy, who makes the most original and delicious salsa’s I have ever tasted. The pricing is good, the food is amazing, and the service is awesome. Whether you just want a great handmade salsa or a full on catered event Taco’s MP is an obvious choice.
