We source all produce from local San Diego farms and straight from the ground so you know ingredients are as fresh as possible. Because we only source from local farms, meaning nothing comes from a bag, box or big brand store, we can offer some of the most competitve rates in the industry.

Former Tender Greens Executive Sous Chef Marcus Twilegar was ready for a change of pace after reporting to a standard kitchen 7 days a week for the life of his Culinary career. He decided to take to the streets and began offering gourmet experiences at an affordable cost no matter where the venue was located. Marcus takes pride in introducing realistic healthy alternatives and experiences to those looking to broaden their taste buds.
