Courtney Hermes is a newborn photographer, mother, and NICU RN, and is currently obsessed with sparkly nail polish, french macarons, and Vietnamese iced coffee. She is the photographer behind Simply Coco Photography — specializing in on-​location, natural light, newborn photography. When not behind the camera, you’ll find her whipping up a batch of cupcakes in her tiny kitchen, browsing Pinterest for new (pin)spirations, or collaborating with other locally owned businesses at her signature Shop, Sip, and Click events.

Courtney lives in San Diego with her husband, three little boys, and a 1-​year old Boxer. Her wish during a session is to capture beautiful photographs of your sweet baby — the curl of her toes, the wisp of hair behind his ear, their tiny wrinkles and rolls, and so much more. She believes that every newborn is precious, and has their own unique story to tell.
