Scott is excellent from a customer service standpoint. I have owned 2 different houses with pools over the last 17 years, including my current one which, in the last 2 years, I use as a vacation rental. As a vacation rental, it needs more TLC (i.e. guests leave pool heat at spa temps, creating additional yellow algae issues, pool toys and debris, old valves leak, etc.),
Scott has serviced my pool for several year. He is always on time, dealing with the non-​recurring issues my old system presents without grief. He is always readily available with ideas or solutions for issues for my dated system.
