Nick & Frank are very professional and extremely responsive. I have monthly service with Freestyle pools, and they are very conscience of making sure they do a good job. Five stars for quality work.

Very pleased with the service provided by Nick! I needed a replacement pump for my spa, and he and his assistant Sebastian came out promptly to install a new one. They had to alter some of the piping into and out of my filter and heater, but all was included in the price he quoted me. Great job, no leaks, helpful in answering all my questions. Honest guy who runs his own business and deserves success.

I was getting ready to have a pool party when I noticed my jacuzzi wasn’t working. I called Nick at Freestyle Pools on a Saturday morning and he came out that same afternoon. He quickly determined the problem and even had the replacement valve needed to make the repair. Also, while checking out my system he found a faulty spring in the heater. He said he would order the part and come back out as soon as it arrived. True to his word, he did just that. Nick is very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He arrived on time, every time. Our Pentair Spa Heater experienced a voltage spike during a lightning storm a few years ago, and has been inoperable since then. I put off having the heater repaired as preliminary research on my part indicated that the control board would need to be replaced and that part alone would cost ~ $ 800. Recently my son returned home from home college for the summer so I called Freestyle pools after having seen their 5-​star rating on Unilocal to investigate repairing the heater. Although I was outside of their service area, they agreed to repair the heater, and at a total cost (parts, labor, service fee, etc.) that was less than ½ of what I had expected to pay for the control board alone. I cannot recommend these folks more highly, and they are my «go to» guys for any pool service in the future. Thanks Nick and Frank!

Nicholas came over to check out our broken pool pump. Courteous and professional. Turns out the pump’s not broken, it was a problem we can fix ourselves. He was very honest and forthcoming with this information and didn’t charge us. Will definitely call them in the future!

Nic and His dad Frank are fantastic, I had a problem with my heater, which needed to replaced, they provided options, and provided outstanding customer service, and follow up, will definitely use them if I have any other issues with my pool or equipment.

Nick was awesome! He was so informative and told me everything I needed to know to maintaining my hot tub. he even told me what brand of chemicals to get and what kind. On top of that he fit me in to a very tight schedule right before Memorial Day weekend. I would definitely use him at least once a year to help out. Thanks!

Freestyle Pools is fantastic, and I happily recommend them. After another contractor charged me an enormous amount for an unapproved «repair job» that didn’t fix my pool heater, Freestyle not only got my heater up and running again, they also helped me get some of my money back from the prior crooked contractor. Freestyle is not only great at the technical side of what they do, they also make customer service a priority. That’s hard to find these days, and very much appreciated. We had a horrible experience with our former pool guy. The pool was falling apart fast and algae started to grow.

Nick is awesome!!! I needed an inspection for a bank owned property on a pool and a fountain. Both were in terrible shape. Nick went out immediately, inspected both items and got back to me with a detailed estimate. Nick and his team repaired/​cleaned the pool and the fountain. I wish I could post before and after photos. Their work is truly amazing. I am so pleased. He also did not have to drain the water (which is wonderful considering our drought). They treated the pool and fountain water for a few days and now both are crystal clear. Thank you Freestyle Pools and Nick :)

We love Freestyle Pools! Having just bought our first home (and never even thinking about owning a house with a pool before then), to say we were stressed about maintaining our new, fabulous pool and hot tub was an understatement. I was having nightmares of the swamp it could become if we weren’t careful before we even moved in.
After a quick Unilocal search, I found Freestyle Pools and called. Nick answered the phone on the first ring and scheduled some time to come out and see the pool and hot tub THE NEXT DAY. He arrived promptly, answered all of my questions knowledgeablely and non-​judgementally (did I mention we never even considered a pool before we saw this house?!), and explained about their family-​run company.
We wanted to do a deep clean of the hot tub, and they started that very day. Nick and Team have been coming each week since then, and we are thrilled with the work they do. They are prompt, helpful, and our pool and hot tub look fabulous. If we have any questions, they are always an easy text away.

Recently moved into a rental that included a hot tub that hadn’t been used for 2+ years, found Nick through a handy Unilocal search and was delighted when he immediately answered his phone .
Nick was super kind and helpful in answering all of my questions over the phone, and even walking me through how to set up the hot tub! I called him 8:30 am on a Sunday, and he picked up right away — in fact he answered his phone every time I called with questions .
In the end, our hot tub needs repairs — to which Nick was kind to refer a trusted repair man .
Looking forward to having Nick clean it up, once it’s in working order .

Nick and Frank arrived promptly and were very professional. As a first time pool owner, they were very patient in explaining the things needed to keep my pool in great working order. I feel they had my best interest in mind because they even asked me to check on the insurance I have to see if it covers the work needed. Even though by doing so would cause them to lose my business because the insurance company would have their preferred company’s that I would have to go to. I still had them replace my filters and it solved my Kreepy Krauly cleaning issue. Everything is working great! I will definitely call them again for future upgrades to my pool equipment and service.

I would give Freestyle Pools 6 stars if it were possible. The service is unparalleled, the quality of the pool care is fantastic.
Nick is the person we deal with most, though we had the pleasure of meeting his father once and he’s great as well. Our last pool service left a lot to be desired, and we interviewed several services before choosing Freestyle. It was obvious right away that they were a cut above. Nick isn’t the kind of guy to just come clean your pool, he is extremely well educated about the process, the technology, and the chemistry of the water.
Within a week of starting with them, our pool looked better than it ever had. Our electricity bill got under control as well, since he made recommendations about when to run the pump and when not to. He diagnosed a leak in our pump that had been bugging us for months, and made a very good case for replacing it with a variable speed pump. We’d considered that before, but when Nick recommended it, we felt better about the idea knowing how diligent and knowledgeable he was. And we were not disappointed! The pump went in, the leak is gone, and our electricity bill went down again! He sent us the paperwork for the rebate, and even sent a reminder to ensure that we got the paperwork in by the deadline!
Freestyle is a bit more than other pool services, but their service is absolutely the best value. Between the excellent service, pristine quality of our pool and the savings we’ve had due to having someone who paid attention and made recommendations, we have absolutely saved money in the long run.
I would heartily recommend Freestyle Pool Service to anyone with a pool. You will not be disappointed.

I work up one day and found a dead cat in my pool. I have no idea how it got there but it was so gross. I had my pool cleaner drain the pool and clean it. He did a great job and he made sure to check the filters before filling the pool back up with water. He is always on time and his prices are fair. I’ve recommended him to several of my friends and they love his work too.
