Postal Connections is a family-​owned local business. We specialize in a variety of areas, but the industry we care most about is customer service. We always strive to treat our customers BETTER than we would want to be treated. Nothing makes our day more enjoyable than being told we’ve solved a problem that nobody else could. Our Stores provide you with rapid delivery or ground shipping anywhere in the world with a convenient drop off at our counter. You have alternatives – UPS, FedEx, DHL, On Trac, and USPS. We also offer postage for your convenience. We can insure your item and track it all the way to its destination. Our location also offers crate & freight services when you need to ship large items.

History

Established in 2009.

Postal Connections of Clairemont is family owned and operated. It was started by Ann Marie Marvin, owner and manager, and also a Navy Veteran. The company’s mission is to provide unparalleled customer service to both residential and business customer and to meet all customer needs within 24 hours.

Meet the Business Owner

Ann Marie M.

Business Owner

Ann Marie spent a total of 10 years in the Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer. She served on the USS Arleigh Burke and the USS Ogden as well as a shore tour at Amphibious Group THREE. She worked in the civilian community for two years, but found something was missing. In 2009, she started building the company under the Postal Connections Franchise. She is nearly always in the store and takes great pleasure in getting to know as much about the lives of her customers as possible.
