Nice wax exterior clean

These guys have been pampering my car for over two years. They keep it looking showroom ready. Got a fender dent in the top part of my front fender from some dope at the grocery store and Eduardo and the guys removed it without an issue. Have no idea where it even was now. They do fine detail work on the outside, wheels and the interior. Even fasten down the floor mats, which most don’t bother with. I am so spoiled I will not be going anyplace else. Thanks Eduardo and team!

Eduardo and his team not only do a great job, but they do it efficiently and make it as easy as possible for the customer. They provided pick up and drop off services and kept me appraised of schedule changes throughout the day. I got a full detail in preparation for selling my vehicle and they took special attention and time on some stains in my trunk that had been there for years. Thanks in part to them, I got a great price on my car! They also have an extremely generous military discount. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Well, that was easy. Had a big paint transfer on my passenger door from running along a pole in a parking garage. They fit me in same day I called. $ 45 and 30 minutes later, trace of my careless parking has been erased. Thank you!

Staff is extremely professional. I brought in my car for an interior detail — Not only did they take care of my car quickly, they also got out some pesky stains I had in my seats! I only trust professionals with my baby, and if you’re the same way about your car, this is the detail center for you. I will definitely be coming back for an exterior detail as well, as the cars I saw them working on looked pristine!

This is place great! Lobby with free drinks, Netflix on the tv (Any place I can watch How I Met Your Mother while waiting for my car is a place I want to be at). Great prices on detailing! my car looks amazing.

This Place Has Everything About Detail Down. Took My Ford F 150 To Get Interior Detailed And Ed Took Me In No Problem And Got The Job Done Quick And Easy. For several years I have been going to PCAD for my auto detailing needs. I have never been disappointed with the work they do and the customer service I receive. I have had regular basic car detailing, complete auto detailing, clay bar, and color sanding on scratches on multiple occasions and on different premium cars. Each time I get my car back its perfect. Further, I am always amazed how they are always on time and stick to their quoted price. There are never any surprises which is a quality that other detailing places don’t ascribe too. Eduardo and his crew are top notch with a convenient location near downtown. Great job guys!

If I could give 0 i would! This place wasted my time & ruined my car’s leather seats. The problem was not assessed before starting the job my Lexus. Their technician absolutely DID NOT know what he was doing & how to do his job. Job was not done in the time frame give (plus the extra couple hrs we waited there to get the half ass job done home). After i complained the next day manager called saying the did the job wrong & wanted me to come back to fix it, Hell No!
I DO NOT recommend this place or Perma Plate warranty.

This Review is a long time coming since I have worked with this business multiple times over the last year.
First, the staff. Every one at PCAD is super friendly and the owner Edwardo is as awesome as they come. Each time I went he was there to answer any and all questions. He even dropped me off at home after I left my car there for a repair.
Second, competitive price. I had a side scrape on my 2013 KIA forte that made me cringe every time I saw it. It was pretty extensive and I was worried about the cost. After speaking with Edwardo He gave a fair price of about $ 700 which I was able to put on a paypal account that I paid over the course of 3 – 4 months. I had gotten a few other quotes that were maybe $ 100 cheaper but were cash only and totally shady. I felt that an extra $ 100 knowing my car would be 100% safe and correctly repaired was worth every penny.
When I got my Car back it looked like it was untouched by any accidents, after the repairs they even detailed my car with no extra cost.
If you are looking for Easy, quality and price competitive place do do your audio detailing, this is the place for you. I highly recommend it and would not send anyone elsewhere.

Overall, the detail and paint were superb. The clay bar treatment really helped my car look new! One thing to remember for everyone, doing a detailed cleaning means that you will finally notice all the little dents, dings and rock chips that you didn’t when the car was dirty, so don’t be surprised and don’t blame the shop.
I had my rear spoiler repainted as well. Unfortunately there was a problem at the paint shop and I ended up getting my car back 4 hours late while I waited downtown. They had 3 full days with a firm end time, so I was a little upset when they couldn’t get it back on time. If it weren’t for that I would give them a five star easily. Hopefully that was a one-​off incident.

I’ve used Pacific Coast Auto Detail for yeas now. I’ve referred them to everyone I can think of. I can’t say enough good things about the level of service, their courtesy and professionalism, and the awesomeness that is Eduardo, their manager. I highly recommend Pacific Coast for your automobile needs.

I had my 2002 toyota tacoma truck headlights restoration a while back, no hassle when I brought back to be redone, lifetime warranty. Good as new. Excellent job on the detailing and clay bar.

After someone rubbed against my new Mazda while it was in a public parking lot, I was left with some light scratches on a rear panel. These guys were able to buff them out in about 5 minutes and didn’t even charge for the service. I can’t recommend them enough.

First, sign up for their mailing list — they have great deals periodically and if you buy a package on discount you can leave it on your account until you use it.
I’ve been faithfully going to these guys since 2011 because they do an awesome job and pricing is always fair. Great work on wax, clay bar, cleaning rims (around and *in*), tailpipes, all of it. Little touches like striping the carpets help set these guys apart — attention to detail is impeccable. I’d highly, highly recommend them!

Garbage. How this business has so many positive reviews let alone stays in business is shocking. The interior «detail» is a joke, I could’ve done better with a bottle of windex and a rag in 15 minutes. The rear of the car wasn’t even touched and the windows look worse after the so called detail. The part I’m mostly pissed off about is the scratches. There are the surface scratches that they buffed out but there’s also the cuts in the clear coat that can’t be buffed out. Seriously, what the fuck?! I paid money for them to fuck up my paint? Do I take it back to them to fix or will they just make it worse? Worst fucking experience.

The door dent repairs were mostly done well and not what I am unhappy about. It was the so called «detail». I called earlier that day and asked when my car would be ready but when I came to pick it up you guys weren’t even close to being done and had multiple guys rushing. If you guys didn’t have the time to complete the dent repairs and the detail in one day you should have told me that instead of performing a poor rush job.
Arriving to find the job not done in a satisfactory manner and finding a 12 inch scratch on the door is not what I expect after paying $ 165 dollars for a detail. Interior wasn’t fully vacuumed, trim pieces weren’t wiped down or even touched, gauge cluster window was poorly cleaned and scratched, windows weren’t properly cleaned, and you couldn’t even put the floor mats in back correctly. When you yourself decided to help finish up you started to vacuum the trunk and while doing you had the vacuum hose hitting and rubbing against the back bumper. Any good detailer would know this can cause scratches on the paint.
You tried to remedy the situation and had one of your guys buff out the scratches on the door and while he removed those scratches, he used too much angle with the machine buffer and ended up cutting and scratching the clearcoat on the top angled section of the passenger side door. This was absolutely not there to begin with and was not from the door dents. I’m supposed to trust you with my car after all that? How would you even fix the cuts into the clearcoat?

My Subaru STI really needed a good clean and detail so I brought it here with high expectations from all the reviews. Eduardo I do appreciate your hospitality and support for military, but I got to say I was less than pleased with the results. As the manager I think you owe it to yourself to go around and do a thorough inspection of every vehicle that leaves the shop, mostly to «pay attention to detail» being that you’re a detailer! Especially after having my car for over 6 hours, the simple things that your «new guy» missed like the gas cap area, under the wing and the door jam of the trunk which was at eye level was not a good excuse. Thank you for fixing the missed spots, although it was after the fact.

Today I received my first detail and I will be back for sure. Customer service was top notch and the crew was nothing but professional. Every surface received attention, once i got home i inspected their work in more detail and i couldn’t find one fault. From the tail pipes to the insides of the rims everything was spotless. The quality of work is some of the best in the business. But more importantly, the cost of said work is not exorbitant. I can take my car to Pacific Coast and pay less than the industry average for a detail, yet I receive a detail that far exceeds even my highest of expectations. I trust the workers here to treat my vehicles as their own, and that is important to me.
I have had many cars, and have been to many detail shops across Southern California. The workmanship, attention to detail, and high standards are all exemplary here. Which I am sure is all a result of the leadership from the dedicated, hands-​on owners.
