Recently used One Stop to move our business — the guys arrived not only on time but early, with good attitudes. This was a difficult move as stairs with no elevator were involved on the receiving end. The guys were very careful wrapping all furniture and taking care not to bang into walls etc. We had three items we needed taken to a second location which they cheerfully did at the end of a long day. Brandon in the office was very helpful as well. Moving is hard work, One Stop helped things go as well as could be expected; very pleased with this service.

Carlos, Joey & Sid moved me yesterday and after 11 hours, I gave them all hugs and was SO thrilled to have such great guys with me through that process. What a phenomenal team. They were strategic and careful with each piece in how it was wrapped, put in the truck and then delivered to its final place in my new THREE STORY home! Nothing was damaged — not even my 475 pound (empty) wine chest and full-​size commercial elliptical machine. They worked steadfast through the day — as a team — but worked smart so they had energy until the sun fell. You can just tell when guys get along and are in total synch. I recommend these guys any day. I have another move to do in a month or so. And I know 100% who I’m calling.

I have moved several times with movers and these guys are by far the best. They never stopped to take a break. I really felt that I got what I paid for. The nominal cost for a second truck was totally worth it. I would not hesitate to use One Stop again.

We’ve dealt with a few moving companies over the years and 1Stop is definitely top of my list. They gave us a quote for moving us and stuck by that quote. They didn’t charge us more money the day of the move like others have done when they underestimated how much we had or how long it took. We even packed most of our belongings ourselves and they supplied us with wardrobe boxes at no cowt. After the move we realized 5 glass floor lamp shades were missing, which they had packed, and they quickly found 4 of them still in their truck. When they couldn’t find the 5th one, we purchased a new one and they reimbursed us the cost of it. I love a company that can stand behind their service and offer great customer service. I have recommended them to several friends and clients (I’m a realtor).

I have used their services when I lived in California a few years ago. I was moving from San Diego to Orange County by myself and needed help. So I called them and they were so helpful. A few guys showed up and were very professional. Nothing was damaged in the process and I’m very happy to say that I did business with this company! I definitely recommend giving them a call :)

I just had a psycho room mate and needed to get out of that house asap. I called one stop moving and explained the situation and they were able to fit me in the next day. They had a truck come early in the morning so I could be out before my roommate came back home from work, which was very important to me. They didn’t charge me extra for the short notice or anything. To boot, they showed up with 20 free boxes so I could throw all my stuff in there quickly. Best move ever! Goodbye roommate! ;)

I’ve used One Stop Moving and Storage a few times for local moves around town and they’re pretty good to me. I think I’ve even had the same guy move me the last two times. They really keep busy and move quickly so I feel like I’m not paying them by the hour for nothing. They guys that move me are really professional and polite and cleaned up after themselves really diligently. They even put down pads and blankets in areas of the home where they walked so they didn’t scuff anything.
When we got to my new apartments there were special elevators that had to be used for moving and special hours of the day that I was supposed to move it but I didn’t know about that before hand. It caused a bit of a problem because I didn’t have a key to this special elevator. These guys were pretty understanding and worked around this little hiccup until I was able to get the key from the apartment manager. I’m glad they kept working, otherwise the move would have taken a few more hours!

I originally wasn’t going to use this company to pack my place, just to move it, but I procrastinated a little too long to start packing so wasn’t completely done packing when they showed up to move me. I was super stressed out about it because I had to be out of my house that day. They guys said they would just charge by the hour to help packing, I agreed and they jumped in right there on the spot and started packing the rest of my stuff with me! They even gave me 20 free boxes and put all my clothes in their wardrobe boxes for no charge. It took about 2 more hours of packing, but they got it done and then moved me right after.
I still have the stress of unpacking, but One Stop Moving really bailed me out of that packing debacle and time crunch. *whew*

One Stop packed up my 2800 sf house, it stayed in their storage for 4 months, then they moved it all to my new house. All the guys worked quickly and were very nice and professional. The office staff was friendly and helpful whenever I called. The whole move was pretty stressful, but One Stop made it a easier.

I decided I needed to finally move out of my condo into a real house so that meant I had to deal with the dreaded task of moving all of my junk. I asked around a few of my friends and two of them recommended 1 Stop Moving. I gave them a call to feel them out and they sounded like the knew what they were talking about. After some more research of other companies I felt like 1 Stop was the right crew to handle my move. Their prices were comparable to the other companies I talked to, but none of the other companies sounded like they really cared about me hiring them.
Their moving crew showed up on a Saturday morning right on time and got right to work, no funny business. I watched them carefully to make sure nothing was scraped or broken during the move. They handled everything with care like it was their own belongings. They did not drop, scrap, scratch, tear, one anything! They were very patient when we moved the stuff into the new house as I had several items moved to different rooms, floors, etc. I know, I am a headache. I was very happy with their moving crew and I would highly recommend them to anyone else in San Diego looking for a reliable mover.

We had such a fantastic experience with these movers! We had an unexpected delay before we were able to unload the truck into our new home. Our movers handled it with professionalism and kept their senses of humor throughout a very long day. They worked very quickly, were careful with our belongings, and wrapped our furniture nicely. One Stop saved the day! We hired a cheaper company, they showed up three hours late with a truck a third of the size needed. Called One Stop Sunday afternoon and the three person crew was at my door 7:30am the next morning. The crew was experienced and moved quickly. They took apart the tables, wrapped all the monitors and boxed all the loose items. I would definitely recommend them for other commercial moves and wouldn’t hesitate calling them for a residential move.

Our moving crew did an amazing job. First of all, they showed up on time which is a first for me with moving companies. They then proceeded to help facilitate out complicated moved of moving stuff to our new house AND our storage facility.
They expertly took apart all existing furniture and put it together at our new house with no hassle.
I’m definitely keeping them in our contacts for any future moving needs. We will definitely use them again for moving my mother in law to her new house in the next couple of months.

This company is the best moving company I have used. The price is right and the service is second to none. On time, courteous, and so careful with our furniture. From packing to delivering and unloading I would highly recommend! We had a 1700 sq foot home and we also had to stop at storage unit and they got it all done in 8 hrs! Very honest and very helpful! These guys are great. I had to relocate for work and needed to move fast. I contacted several moving companies on Unilocal and 1-​Stop Moving was not only one of the first to respond, but the only company to follow-​up with a phone call. They sent me a quote the same day — their prices were fair and easy to understand.
On move day, the team packed all of my belongings. When I unpacked, I was surprised to see that not a single thing was damaged. The folks at 1-​Stop Moving are meticulous and customer service oriented.
A recommendation for potential customers — it’s customary to tip movers for a job well done. This isn’t always advertised and there wasn’t any pressure, but it’s good to know in advance when planning your moving budget.

We’ve never used a moving company before, but we sure know who to use anytime we move again. One Stop Moving is awesome and didn’t disappoint!!! They were fast professional and efficient. They took their time to disassemble our larger items at our old house and reassemble them at our new house. A job I know we couldn’t have done on our own. I would highly recommend a one Stop Moving.

WOW!!! Had a great experience this company. They are competitive as far as pricing and their staff is friendly and professional.
We had to move furniture out of my late grandpa’s condo and do a few stops dropping off some furniture at family members homes then at a consignment store in downtown.
Everything went great but upon arrival to the consignment store, the store did not accept all the furniture and we had to drop them off at a donation center near by. Even though it was technically another stop One Stop Moving did not charge me.
I will definitely be using them for my moving needs in the future

It is unfortunate that I have to change my review. I now work as the facilities manager at another company than the previous where my experience was so positive. So when the need came up to move our offices around, same floor just rearranging, of course I called One Stop Moving and Storage. I was proud to let my CFO know that I already had a great moving company that I was familiar with and was certain that they would do a great job.
And of course. They did. Once again, movers that were a joy to have in my building and who went above and beyond came out to do the move. However, during the move, they damaged one of my wall panels by dropping a fire proof file cabinet against it. No problem. Accidents happen right? Not worrying about this in May of 2015 when this happened because I have received excellent service from One Stop Moving in the past, I signed the acknowledgement of damage and paid the bill.
Well, today is December 9, 2015 and my wall panel has yet to be repaired. Now being pressured by my CFO to get this taken care of, after many excuses and failed attempts do the repairs themselves, I finally got Elad involved. I was totally unprepared for his response. I was informed that his insurance would likely only pay about $ 70 for the repair that is most likely $ 200 to $ 300 to make me whole. I was made to feel that since I had already paid, my need no longer mattered.
Mistakes happen in business. I understand. However if you cannot make me whole after you make the mistake, then you are useless to me as a vendor. One Stop Moving is not the first vendor to damage my building during service. They are the first to refuse to make me whole. I am in the process of getting bids to have the damage repaired by reputable repair professionals.
I am certain that I will never use One Stop Moving & Storage again for my business needs. Integrity is crucial in any vendor that I bring into my building. My job, reputation and my superiors deserve that.

Two guys showed up on time. They give you a 2 hour window and showed up after calling 30 minutes before at the beginning of the window. They worked hard, disassembled the tvs, elliptical exercise machine, had extra supplies, and unlimited energy. The truck they drove was huge but not a semi truck. They had 2 dollies and didn’t stop working even when it came time to unload. When unloading they were very diligent in asking where everything should go. Rodrigo and Armando worked great as a team, took great instruction, I hate moving but they made it 10 000% better.

Moving is never fun and majority of times, items don’t always make it to your new place in one piece.
These guys were awesome. They had all sorts of turns and narrow hallways to deal with including going upstairs and downstairs. On top of all, they had some rain which attempted to slow them down!
The rain slowed the process down a little and made the move a slight longer than I anticipated, but overall it was completed in a timely manner.
I would have gave 5 stars out of 5, but while I was putting away my clothes in my wardrobe dresser, I did notice a large crack on the inside of the sidewall. Which I know was not there before because i took the dresser apart for the movers. It’s not a huge deal, I just wish they would have alerted me rather than hide it and that’s if they realized it was damaged in the move.
Even with that little hiccup, I would still use their services again.

This company was recommended by our contractor. We’re glad we used their services. We have used their services twice in the last 2 months and both moves went by perfectly. They move fast, 3 men were able to empty my 1,500 sq ft 3 bedroom condo in about 4 hours (and we had a lot of stuff). They handle your belongings very well. they pad and cover your electronics and furniture so you can be assured your valuables will be transported without damage. I highly recommend and I would use their services again in the future if needed.
