The Miracle Movers

We used the Miracle Movers when we moved last year. They were incredible. We moved into a 3 story place with tight stairwells and they moved our furniture without any damage to stuff or the walls! They even helped take apart our bed and table and reassemble it! So impressed, we are moving next month and we will be hiring them again!

Great experience moving on a very very hot Friday. Kevin called the day before to conform, and again the morning of to let me know he was on his way. Was on time and finished moving under time. Will def use again.

These guys moved my family across town (15 miles) a couple months ago. They did a great job. Kevin was running the show, and he kept the team moving and motivated. I requested just a few big items (15 – 20) be moved and then to fill in with as many boxes as possible. I think the price was great, I got several quotes and felt theirs was the best value.
There was rain in the forecast on our move day but we decided to proceed. Miracle Movers were flexible to postpone, they worked a miracle and stopped the rain!
In addition to moving a washer and drier from our old house to the new house we also had to move a washer and drier from the new house back to the old house. I asked how much extra that would cost and Kevin just said, we’re going that way anyway so we can take it for free. Nice! When they are on the clock they get to action, poor guys were sweating buckets, they kept the pace up. I recommend going for the third extra guy if you can get him…
I fully recommend Miracle Movers.

These guys were the best movers we have hired yet. They hustled and got us moved into our new home quickly. I would recommend them to our friends and family and will hire them for our next move.

Moving with The Miracle Movers is real pleasure. Their response to calls is very pormpt, provide accurate estimates, and moved all my items without any damage to any single one fo them.
They arrived on time on the day of move, and though being reduced a 2 –member crew instead of three, got the job done in the same amount of estimated time. They are very friendly and easy to deal with. They even moved my couch and some big furniture through an impossibly narrow passageway in no time.
Kevin even helped dissemble and reassemble my bed and furniture at no extra cost. :)
I will never be moving without them in the future again. :)

I made an account on Unilocal just so I could write a review for these guys. I was comparing movers for a while, made a bunch of phone calls, and from the start, this company was the best. You are greeted on the phone by an actual person, which is wonderful. They email you the price of their services, and let me tell you– it’s by far the cheapest place you can go with. The quality of service is top-​notch all the way around. Justin and Jason showed up right on time, and did not start the clock until they surveyed everything and talked to me for 15 minutes. They were so funny and extremely easy to get along with. They both had a great attitude and work pace. I was stupid and took the wrong exit to get to my new place, so I was later than expected getting there and they had filled this time by already starting to unload some of the boxes off the truck. They could have started when I got there just to run the clock more, but they didn’t. Amazing. They have a card reader on their phone– so you don’t have to carry around large amounts of cash (which I don’t like doing). The move cost way, way less than I expected. Loved my experience with them.

Solid service.
Friendly, professional, and I had total confidence in them handling my fragile items.
They cut what is ordinarily a two-​day hassle down to a two-​and-​a-​half hour job.
I don’t think I will be going back to moving by myself any time soon.

All I can say is these people are AMAZING! So polite and respectful — nothing was a problem. They did a great job and I highly highly recommend them!

From reservation to completion this was a first class experience with a first class company. The delivered above and beyond on what I expected. I will never move with anyone else. Polite, detail oriented, professional AND they took such good care of all my boxes and furniture. All my furniture was wrapped with blankets and secured with shrink wrap. Nothing could harm it. I would give this company a perfect 10!!!

The thought of moving stresses me out and in particular the move I just made out of my long time b/f’s house! Which was not just a move, but a pretty difficult breakup! I called Miracle movers after finding them on Craigslist (cuz I needed a miracle) and was just hoping they could help take some of the stress off my shoulders! I was given a flat rate based on the info that I gave them and thought it was fair given I was requesting several stops to gather all of my belongings! They we’re prompt professional and helped take the edge off all the work involved by my listening to my jokes about the move! They had all of my stuff out of my storage unit and apartment and into the new place within 3.5 hours which I thought was very impressive! Would absolutely hire again!

I usually only come on Unilocal to bash horrible customer service, in fact this may be my first positive review. These people are the ABSOLUTE BEST. From the office to the actual movers it’s nothing but top notch customer service. I use them for work, we have worked together twice and both moves were horrible with the exception of the miracle movers, seriously I cannot say enough good things, this will be the only moving company that I use from now on. They have seriously been so helpful, both moves I severely underestimated the amount of work that was to be done, in addition to that it seems like every other vendor my company uses is out to get us and throw curveballs our way but these guys always make it work. Enough blabbering, just use them.

As much as moving sucks I couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience. I got referred to MM by a friend ($ 25 off for referral) who swore by them. Right off the bat they were super accommodating and professional. I had to change my moving date 4 times due to escrow taking longer than expected. Each time Kathleen from MM was able to accommodate my request with no issues what so ever. The day before the move MM called me to confirm the move and dropped off a couple free boxes, packaging tape and even let us borrow 5 wardrobe boxes (which are a huge help). MM used padded dollies and wrapped all of our furniture in blankets and plastic wrap (some places charge for this).
On the day of the move MM showed up right on time and was ready to work. They brought 3 guys and the entire move took ~3 hours which included the following:
~40 boxes, ~10 bags, 1 bed, 1 sectional couch, 1 desk, dining table, BBQ, console table, coffee table, bed side tables, 2 dressers and other crap. It filled their smaller truck to very brim. All in all, they were good guys that work really hard to get the move done as painless for the customer as possible.

I wish I could give this company zero stars! I saw a Groupon for $ 75 for an hour with two movers with this company. I contacted the company first to confirm availability before I purchased. I was a little uneasy because the only date they had available was the absolute last day we had to be out of our rental (Aug 31 at 1:30pm), which was a Sunday, but I took a chance and scheduled. About a week out, they called me and asked whether they could push the move back to 3:30pm. I told them «no problem!»
Fast forward to moving day 2:00pm on Sunday, August 31 (a holiday weekend), 1 hour before our move… we get a call that they have to cancel because of mechanical issues. You are a bleeping moving company! You have one job that relies on a piece of equipment and you don’t have an emergency contingency plan!!? If it were my company, I would have run out and hired a U-​Haul rather than cancel on my customers. So, after having to tell our landlord that we would not be out on the 31^st, we had to spend our entire Labor Day renting our own U-​Haul and moving all of the heavy furniture up two flights ourselves because we could not find help on the holiday.
I take partial blame, I should not have trusted a company on Groupon for my move… next time I’ll spend the extra money and have someone I can rely on.

Courteous, polite, hardworking and fast ! Honestly yesterday was the best moving experience that I’ve ever had. You guys were great ! I will be calling them again when I move later this year and DEFINITELY recommend them !

I used The Miracle Movers for my recent move within San Diego county. Their website was so easy to navigate and provided me with all of the basic information I needed. I called the office to request a quote and the customer service was terrific. After describing the general details of my move, Katherine provided me with a quote within minutes! They provide a rate with a no surprise charges guaranteed so I was confident knowing that the rate would never change.
The moving team arrived at my house on moving day exactly when they said they would. They walked through the house with me to evaluate all of the items before loading. All of my large furniture was blanketed and shrink-​wrapped! I was very impressed with the level of care! They use padded dollies and made sure all of my items went into the truck smoothly and organized. Overall, they were very efficient and timely.
I give them 5 stars because the moving crew went above and beyond. I had planned to disassemble my own furniture, but my tools went missing in the packing frenzy! Instead of a surprise charge on moving day for the extra service, the moving team took care of the unexpected dilemma with a smile. They were so friendly!

They were very punctual and professional. All of my stuff arrived in a timely manner and was in the exact same condition as when they picked it up. They were also some of the friendliest people, let alone movers I have ever dealt with. Having upbeat happy movers made a stressful day of moving way more tolerable. Highly recommend them.
