After dealing with the ACTUAL claims manager, Michael, I’m updating this review. Michael was incredibly helpful getting things resolved, and was particularly patient with me as his emails often slipped my mind during my crazy holiday retail work schedule. I was promptly reimbursed for my broken fan and things have been resolved.
I can’t give five stars because this whole issue could have been avoided, but I’m happy to say it’s been dealt with.

Just moved today with the help of Roberto and Andrew and they were awesome! We had a double move and these guys made the hassle of moving so easy. I would defenty recommend these guys! And guess what… Nothing broken thank you guys for the help

Received the items at my new office. Things became broken because they had not been wrapped properly and all small items are strewn everywhere in the boxes because they were fell out of their containers or boxes that were not secured properly etc. I’m very disappointed that the packers did not take proper precautions to protect acrylic stationary and were totally not organized at all. All my 5 name card boxes are now spoilt and my muji stationary boxes are so broken that I have to buy new ones. Packers also did not label the boxes so I don’t even know what’s in each box until I opened them!

Moved today with Ernesto, Sam and Israel. They were great. Fast and efficient. Took time to lay down carpet at new place. Were positive the whole time and focused on moving.
Double checked items and wrapped up everything secure.

Hustled, running up and down the ramp and in and out the house.
Provided lots of clothing wardrobe boxes, tape, plastic wrap, and blankets. Made sure everything was securely wrapped and packed.
