I have worked with Eric twice now. I called him within 1 day of finding rv’s on craigslist, and he immediately answers his phone calls, sets up appointments and shows up right on time. He is flexible with his time, and he is intelligent and knows the intricacies of engines, generators and the makeup and functions of rvs of different makes and years. He utilizes computer aided diagnosis of engine problems, and is able to troubleshoot any problem. He gives realistic estimates as to the cost of repair and is honest and guide you as to whether the rv is suitable to purchase. He is thorough, upfront, and he is reasonable in price. I definitely felt lucky I had him during this process and money worth spending. Highest review I can give.

Great experience! They fit me right in and were at my house in 40 min did a diagnoses and had me on my way. Price is up there but hey I got help same day with almost no wait! Everyday I’m out of work cost more then their service so I’m happy!

This is the 2^nd time I contacted Eric in regards to an issue with my cars. The first time I called Eric my car was disabled. He was there in 20 minutes to fix the problem. He is extremely personable, very professional and truly honest. I was so impressed with Eric that I contacted him regarding an issue I was experiencing on one of my Collector’s Car. He immediately, effectively and truthfully diagnosed the problem, remedied it and I was on my way. .. .
I have never had a problem getting a hold of Eric nor have I ever waited longer than what I was told. I truly recommend and commend Eric; his skills, professionalism and ethics. This is the worst mechanic ever. He doesn’t know anything about a car. «Helped» me and a friend buy a car. Put over $ 1000 on top of the Carls value. He writes his own reviews. Not recomended!!!

Thanks to Eric I’m not stuck in San Diego no more I called about 4 other roadside assistance to help me and none of them said that they can’t fix it when I called Eric he said no problem I gave him my address and within the hour he was there looked at my problem and fixed it on the spot it took about 10 minutes I work for a moving company and the truck was a international DT466−4300 box truck I was able to drop my load to the shipper and go home stress free thanks again Eric when I’m down there again or any of my friends or Co workers I’m definitely giving them your number just incase thay have car or truck problems

Thanks so much Eric and actually my bride Amanda also thanks you as it was Amanda who wished to use my motorhome for her bridal suite. The wedding was held at Descanso’s Town Hall with no bridal suite and no air conditioning so a great reason for wishing to use my motorhome. As the wedding was nearing my motorhome would not start first due to my husband making a wrong connection with batteries. After my husband replaced a starter, solenoid… this is when Eric came by and after testing told us that we next needed an alternator and an ignition switch. This was all done in a timely manner and my beautiful motorhome was in use for this beautiful bride to use. She was okay if the motorhome was not ready to use but thanks to Eric, Amanda had her motorhome bridal suite. We both thank you.

The liftgate on my box truck quit working at 4:00am on a hotel loading dock and I could not move the truck! I called Eric at 4:45am and he was on-​site within 45 minutes and had the problem fixed in 5 minutes!!! Couldn’t ask for better or more prompt service!

Great job on my car very perfecional and very fast and honest I gave him a call and with in a couple hours was at my house and had me back on the road thank you so much will definitely will be calling again and will recommend to everyone

Do not waste your money and time with this guy.
It’s one of the worst service I ever had in my life and almost unbelievable how much disrespect I went through with him. He has no idea how to be professional.
First, it is really hard to get a hold of him. You’ll probably have to call a couple of times to talk to him. Then, when you finally make it, he will ask you what you car is, and what the problem is and then say that he will call you back with an estimate. Well, he won’t. YOU will have to call him back, and he won’t know who you are and what the problem is anymore (being also difficult to get a hold of him on the phone).
Secondly, the first time he supposed to come and see my car (It was a Monday), he didn’t show up, no heads up and he only picked up the phone on the next day. (I kept waiting, texting and calling him).
Alright, so he told me he would be there on the next day. In fact, «his guys» did show up. 2 – 3 hours of work, and the problem wasn’t resolved. He told me to pay a certain amount to his guys and he would show up in the next day. For THREE DAYS in a row he schedule an appointment with me and did not show up. Always saying, «I’ll be there in one hour» and NOT SHOWING UP, simply ignoring my calls and texts. FOR THREE DAYS!
I spent a whole week waiting for this guy to fix my car. Finally, on Saturday, his guys came again and «fixed» the problem. Another payment done (to fix the same problem).
Literally, 10 minutes driving my car, it started acting up. Making really really scary and loud noises. I called him right away. He wouldn’t come back to see what it is. Told me to go to a store and buy something and he would tell me over the phone what to do to fix it.
I just gave up. I can’t deal with this guy anymore. I wish I could do something legal against him. I just hope he goes out of business. I can’t believe he still out there with this kind of services and attitude.
If you wanna risk your car, your money, your patience, your time, go ahead and call him.

I highly recommend Eric and his guys. I found them on here and took a chance to call on a Saturday around 1pm. Eric answered immediately, gave me a price, and I texted him the address and Tony showed up in exactly an hour. Tony was professional, quick, knowledgeable and understanding that I’m terrible with names and kept calling him Johnny (my bad man). The alternator on my civic had some stubborn bolts I couldn’t get and Tony got them easy and put in the new one in probably a half hour. Btw I think you left your small extension if you need it. It’s on the chair if I’m not home.

Belt on my van broke was stranded for a couple of hours but Erics crew Andy and Tony did an amazing job they were quick and effecient… I would recommend this company to anyone in need of mobile repair. Fair prices and good honest people to do business with.

Absolutely not. I have never been disrespected so much in my life. I called him to get a price to change my battery. He says $ 80. Then I called back to tell him where to meet me and he just says text me the address. He didn’t ask my name, or give me an eta. I had no idea where he was coming from. And after 45 minutes I called him to see where he was or if he was even on his way. No answer. I then just changed my car battery myself which took 30 min itself. When I got done I called him and left a voicemail letting him know I no longer needed his service. That I had no idea it would take him that long. He calls me back screaming at me. Yelling at me that he came from Chula Vista (which I didn’t know) and that he was in traffic for over 40 minutes (which I didn’t know). Told me I cost him all this time. He was so rude and unprofessional. The logical thing is to give me an eta, let me know you may take some time to get to me. I only gave it 1 star bc I had to. Zero stars, just based off of his horrible service.

Eric saved my 4^th! My truck broke down on me on the 4^th at the boat launch ramp with my boat behind me. I was covered for a tow through AAA, but it was going to be $ 300 to get my boat home. I did a Google search for mobile mechanic in San Diego and Eric’s add popped up. Gave him a call and explained what was happening, he was very polite and was able to help me get my truck running over the phone! I couldn’t believe it. I was able to drive my boat back home and it saved me $ 300. How awesome is that?!
Thanks again sir, you made my 4^th not suck. You have definitely earned my future business the next time I need a mechanic.

Came out the same day I called (within a half hour actually), found a problem that has eluded me for months in a few minutes, and had my 44 year old engine purring like a kitten. I would definitely recommend him to others!

Eric was great… I had to coordinate from another state to get my daughter’s car fixed in San Diego. He did a great job and was very patient with us! I would definitely use him again

I had my trailer brakes freeze up only 8 hours before I was scheduled to head out on the boat. I called Eric, he answered the phone, asked me what my problem was, gave me a quote and said to text him the address. After I texted him the address he showed up about 30 minutes later (didn’t have to bother me for directions… Kudos for being Tech savvy and not just knowledgable of his profession) and was able to fix my problem and I’m heading out on the water as planned.
Eric was friendly, professionally dressed, explained what was going on, and best of all he was good guy, fixed my problem and gave me an honest price.

Extremely impressed! I called Eric and within 20 minutes he was at my work with parts and everything ready to go. I was expecting it to take about an hour, at least. I walked away to let him do his work at 11:46 and he calls me at 11:59 to tell me he is all done! Blew me out of the water, IMPRESSED. I got in my car and he’s fixed the problem.
I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. Thank you Eric, I appreciate the honest hard work and job well done that you have provided. Now I can drive at ease with the kids in the car.

When I called, Eric showed up early Saturday morning (before 8am), fixed my car, and offered to give me a ride to work when I worried he might not finish before I had to go at 10am.
