Lower back pain and issues seem to be epidemic. If you or someone you care about has pain and stiffness please have Dr Goldring check their back and spinal alignment. She is gentile and effective. Pain killers treat symptoms and risk your health while Dr. Goldring goes to the source and eliminates the pain for good.

Dr. Goldring is kind, gentle, compassionate and provides excellent availability to patients like me. She has a calming manner and listens intently to your needs. She spent 25 minutes listening to my story of how I ended up in need of a chiropractor. She is truly kindhearted and sympathized with me. She is available to me when I need immediate treatment. As the result of having met Dr. Goldring at the Del Mar Home Improvement Show in 2013 I decided to contact her when I had sciatica in February 2014. I have never been a proponent of chiropractic treatment, but the pain was so severe that I desperately needed help. What had impressed me about her style of treatment was that she was so gentle with her techniques. I have never felt pain from the treatment she gives me while in her office. Simply using an activator, blocks, electrical stimulation, ultra-​sound, skilled hands, and lots of kindness she has made a tremendous difference in the way I feel. She cares deeply about the overall health of her patients as exhibited by her interest in ones diet, exercise, daily activities, eating habits, intake of water, and even sleeping patterns. Though I presented with acute sciatica she has also started working to resolve my chronic lower back pain. Each time after treatment, whether it was treating the sciatica or lower back, I have felt a lessening or even elimination of pain. This indicates to me that the techniques she is using are working. There were some times in the beginning when I felt that she verbally corrected me for things I was unaware I was doing to exacerbate my condition in a somewhat harsh way, and I was a bit put off by that. Yet, I overlooked it because I believed the successful treatment of my sciatica to be more important than some slightly bruised feelings. She is very empathetic with her patients and their pain, and has a very warm and friendly personality. I have recommended her to others because of the success in eliminating my sciatic pain.

I have been seeing Dr. Goldring for three years and she has helped me recover from back and neck pain that also resulted in restricted motion and pain that shot down my arm into my hand. Dr. Goldring’s approach is holistic and she has taken a great interest in my overall health, including diet, exercise and better sleep. She uses activators and blocking techniques which are gentle, unlike many chiropractors who «crack» your neck and back through more aggressive manipulation. I have seen Dr. Goldring with many patients and she seems to care deeply about the overall welfare of each one and is vested in helping each person with their specific concerns. The office is open both days and into the evening which has made scheduling appointments convenient. I would recommend Dr. Goldring to anyone who is seeking a chiropractor who will care deeply about them and work very hard to relieve their pain or improve the issues that caused them to seek help.

I have experienced differing types if massage related therapies and health care professionals, and definitely Dr. Goldring is someone who does bring together relevant modern health principles and techniques for her patients. When she explains that some of these harmful effects within a body got there by years of whatever reason, and that to address quite a few of those issues also requires some time and careful skilled manipulation, she puts all these facts together with a great and pleasing attitude.
Also, she just doesn’t only just «cracks & massages», like some practitioners who are not full doctors, but she also utilizes modern tools like electrode stimulation and ultrasonic massaging tools to get at properly identified spasming muscles. And all of this is backed with the physiological knowledge that a true medical doctor possesses. I imagine that there are talented massagers out there and I wish to not belittle them and their skill set. But, there are reasons why she has earned a medical doctor’s degree and she has used her knowledge and skills from such to help me and others as well, including a co worker. I am always fair when it comes to writting a review for businesses, specially since I am a graduate student that is going to own my own business.
This is the honest truth. Polite staff. The doctor is really mean and disrespectful. I have never seen any business owner (mainly in health field) being this unprofessional. She had no patient, no manner. I would have gave 0 stars if I could. I know there are MANY hard workers doctor of Chiro in San Diego. This is not one of them.

i am glad to be the first review for Dr Goldring, i have been to many other chiropractors here in san diego and palm springs, most were just bone crackers. Dr. Goldring’s approach is refreshing and affective. I have suffered with a bad neck for 35 years, on and off. At other chiropractors I would get momentary relief, sometimes lasting only until i got to the parking lot.
After one week of following Dr. Goldring’s method of gentle manipulations and electronic therapy, my neck feels healthy and strong.
If you want temporary relief keep going to other chiros. If you want permanent relief resulting from strengthening the nerves, while relieving inflammation, and simultaneously permanently realigning the vertebrates, Dr. Goldring is your gal.
And she will explain everything to the last detail.
