The idea to open a window repair and installation business was conceived when Anthony needed a window repair man to fix his broken window. Anthony soon realized that finding a window repair man was more difficult then he had first imagined. Seven phone calls later he was able to find a glazier (window repair man) that would be willing to fix his window but Anthony would have to wait a week and a half for the guy to show up. Apparently most window companies are too busy! Anthony realized the complexity of finding someone that could provide the services that he was looking for. «Its hard to imagine that after seven phone calls I am unable to get someone to come out and fix my window» «how could people keep their homes secure if they have a broken window?» Disappointed with the service and motivation of the companies he had called, Anthony came up with a Solution to his problem. Anthony decided to learn the trade and open a business based on the principals other companies were lacking.
