I’m a HUGE crawfish fan and really enjoy doing Louisiana style crawfish boils for my family and friends. For my birthday this year, decided to host a crawfish boil at a marina and on the dock by a group of our boats. Didn’t feel like going through the hassle of doing all the work myself so we had Will and Clambake catering come in and do all the dirty work for me. Crawfish came out amazing and everyone had an awesome time. We didn’t have to lift a finger… well, other than to eat crawfish and drink some beer.
Will is an great guy to work with and has many years in the catering industry. I’m looking forward to doing a New England style lobster-​boil soon and will definitely use these guys. Highly recommended!!!

Clambake Catering will be my #1 choice for any event in the future. Will, the Chef, created a delicious meal for our party that we will be talking about for a while! The shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes, jalapeño-​cheddar rolls and especially the clam chowder was SO GOOD. Actually, the clam chowder is the best I’ve ever had. Will is professional and friendly and ensured the party was exactly what we were looking for by accommodating all of our needs. Thank you Will!

We hired Clambake Catering for a family birthday at a beach house. Chef Will was professional in all his communications. Everything at the event was amazing from start to finish. His display was beautiful and the food was wonderful. We feasted abundantly on lobster, clam and mussels, sweet corn, herbed red potatoes, coleslaw and watermelon. Everyone said his was the best clam chowder they had ever tasted. He also brought hog dogs for the children. Clean up was perfect.

Clambake Catering was hired for my baby shower and it was phenomenal! Will the Chef is so professional and brings everything needed! His set up/​table display looks great too! We had a shrimp boil, which was shrimp with kielbasa, corn and red potatoes, which were all so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. He has a siracha sauce for the shrimp that was so good, I dipped everything in it! He also served bread that was cheesy and spicy and fresh coleslaw and watermelon. Everyone was raving about the food! I could not be more impressed with this Catering option and I will be seeking out another opportunity to hire Will again!

H&A San Diego Inc. had their 28th Anniversary Party for their employees and their families, and every year we pick a theme. This year was clambake. I found the only Clambake Caterer in San Diego and WOW! They have menu selections that included lobsters, mussels, chicken, burgers, hot dogs and even Vegan. Food was outstanding. They are very professional from start to finish. Cleaned up like they were never there. We will be using them in the future. Thank you Wil and staff for making our Clambake a success.
