Oh my goodness, Brian and Baby Home Safety deliver some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! Brian installed our baby proofing last year in the winter and was fantastic then. He gave us a great deal with our limited budget and made our home safe for our, then, 6 month old baby.

Brian did an awesome job and saved me a lot of money! He used my existing gates and creatively configured them so I wouldn’t need to spend unnecessarily on new ones. Brian did a great job baby proofing our house without breaking the bank. I badly wanted a professional, but could not afford to spend a ton of money. He completed baby proofing our home in less than four hours — it probably would’ve taken my husband and I four days and lots of four letter words (and with our luck, they would have been repeated by our little guy in front of grandma). Brian didn’t take advantage of our «new parent» fears at all. For instance, I thought I would need an expensive ($ 160) solution to a certain area in our kitchen. Brian showed us how to solve the problem using an item in our home already — yes, for free. I think the line was «sure, I *could* sell this to you, but I would recommend that you just do this…» That’s yet another way that he has earned a whole-​hearted referral from us.

This review is way overdue. Brian first baby proofed my previous home in 2007. When we moved recently he came to the new house and did the same. He reused some of our old gates and safety equipment and even had a spare part for a gate that we had lost. He is a really nice person as well as an efficient worker. We priced out a few other baby proofing companies but he had the best prices and guarantee that we could find.

We called Brian to get help to Baby proof our home. He came out on a short notice and did a great job in assessing our home, estimating the costs and time and executing the work. The total costs was very competitive, yet the quality of products and his work was perfect. He spend a lot of time reviewing our home for safety and not for making most money for himself, which is most important for us.
