Our service provider, Chris, is so awesome. He is pleasant, respectful and prompt. I have to text him to let him know about entering our back yard each time we get service and he always responds and follows through. I really appreciate his dedication to good service.

After the nightmare with Corky’s pest control I had Hometown Pest Control out. The tech (Paul) was outstanding. He explained everything they would and would not do. Today I had my second visit (quarterly) and Paul was right on point. I highly recommend this company.

Long time customer with a first time gopher problem. Sales manager Patrick quoted me a 2-​hour window where I would have to make arrangements to be home for the tech. Then called to schedule and was told by the scheduler that the 2 hour window was not correct (especially since it was quoted by sales mgr). So now I have to wait at home for a 4 hour window. Not good customer service and will start looking for a new pest company.

Home Team bought our previous pest company SPOT. Since this take over we have had a ant problem. When I call Home Team about the ants the response I get is «well its hot outside everyone has a ant problem.» Funny when they were SPOT we never had a problem even when it was hot.

I called this company after another company dropped the ball! From the minute Patrick answered my call, I knew. I was dealing with a professional company who knows customer service! Patrick listened to my concerns & offered solutions.
I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday the 13^th and Steve the technician came out, explained everything to me then did a through inspection of my home & property, then applied the necessary treatment.
Steve was great! He was prompt, through and friendly!
I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know!

I had Corky’s perform the first spraying on ¹⁰⁄₉ for $ 174. Seven days later, I still had ants in my kitchen. I called Corkys back and Sarah answered the phone. She explained to me that they could not guarantee the spray. She said her manager was sticking to their company policy. I asked for the Operational Manager and never was transferred. They wanted to charge me another $ 69 to have their technician come out and spray. Not only that, I needed to be on a every 6 weeks plan. That is $ 772 a year. WHAT RIP OFF and lousy customer service!
Victor from HomeTeam was very professional. He showed up on time. He showed me the areas he was going to spray. His explanation of the insect’s feeding patterns made sense. That is why the grocery store’s ant baits did not work. HomeTeam’s prices were very reasonable, compared to Corky’s. He gave me his cell number and told me if there any issues to call him and would take care of it for free. (Signed up for a quarterly spray.) So far so good.
