Tim was great! We had a main water line leak and needed to find out where the leak was right away. He came over within 30 minutes of our call. Tim was not only professional and thorough but went out of his way to make sure I fully understood everything and gave me some great tips. I’m very happy that I chose Tim and On the Spot. Great job. Jon came out on 05÷29÷15 Friday afternoon. After an hour work under the hot Sacramento sun. He found where the leak supposed to be. He knew I have an appointment with the plumber next morning at 8 am. He came back again with the plumber and do more testing just wanted to be sure about the leak location. He was dead on the Spot!!! He took his works very seriously. I strongly recommended this company. Also his price is much cheaper than the big name company out there!
