Since 1983 I have been cleaning mostly commercial storefront shops, restaurants, and small business windows, in midtown Sacramento, but also Old Town Sacramento, East Sacramento, and Rancho Cordova, and also residential windows. Recently I am focusing more on my residential clients, and I am looking for more residential customers, while still maintaining my customer base of commercial accounts. Currently I have a part tine helper who is studying to pass her certification class to be a registered nurse, and she is also putting two daughters through college, and she helps me on a lot of my bigger jobs. Right now I am looking for bigger houses, and also two story office buildings. History

Established in 1983.

In 1982 I had a buddy who had a window cleaning business mostly in mid and downtown Sacramento, but also extending to Rancho Cordova, and Watt Ave & Marconi. In 1983 I was looking for work in midtown and downtown, and I found a squeegee and I started with a sponge mop and bucket and small bottle of dish detergent, and I started walking down J Street, looking for windows to wash. Sometimes I walked 150 blocks a day, but then I got a skateboard, then later on, a succession of bicycles, then a car, and I even worked off a motorcycle for six years, but for the last 20 years, I just work out a car!
