History

Established in 1994.

I started Accurate Cleaning, Inc in 1994. My 1^st commercial account were with Potter Taylor and Co. I was responsible for high pressure steam cleaning the walkways at shopping centers late at night when the stores were closed. Here we are in 2015 and Potter Taylor & Co still uses us at most of their properties. We now service properties throughout Nor Cal. Starting in 1995 I spent many days pressure washing old decks and making them look new again. This became more than just a job for me, it became a passion. There’s no better feeling than exceeding a customer’s expectation and seeing the results of a job well done. My business has grown by leaps and bounds over the last 21 years, but i am still involved in the day to day operations. Unlike alot of our competitors, I am actually a licensed power washing contractor (CA 726 090). We take pride in our work, we are fairly priced, we are reliable and honest. Accurate Cleaning, Inc. came from humble beginnings. Mike Harris, founder and President of Accurate Cleaning began the company working from the back of his 1979 El Camino with a propane heated trailer pressure washing unit. His first customer gave him work covering Fresno to Red Bluff, all of which had to be done on the same night. There were many nights where Mike would curl up to his steering wheel on the side of the road to catch a «power nap» before moving on to the next center.

Those early days are long gone. Today, Accurate Cleaning sports more than 8 pressure washing units, Isuzu trucks and trailer units. We also utilize a fleet of sweeper trucks to provide commercial parking lot sweeping services. This fleet of equipment covers California. Mike has built this company on the premise that all our jobs will be done right the first time and every time. We pride ourselves on our customer service and follow through with all the details.
